Cerf Island Resort

A wonderful, relaxed resort. All the employees went out of their way to make sure our stay of 10 nights over new year 2024/5 was as pleasant as possible. Tomasa and Prakash run a smooth, discrete operation and take time to get to know their guests and sure their stay is extra special. Celia, Kenneth, Simon, Hailie and everyone in the restaurant & bar area were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. They really took a pride in offering in the superb service they offered. Buffet style breakfast and dinner over the busy Xmas & NY period and then a smaller menu selection in the quieter period after NY. Food was good, plentiful and presented with care. Always a choice of 3-4 dishes and as a vegetarian I had no problem with the selection available. Rooms were excellent, clean and well proportioned. The island is lush and green and it was rainy season whilst we were there with lots of heavy showers but also some beautiful sunshine. We needed lots of mosquito spray. One of our party accidentally tripped down a step whilst we were there and sprained her ankle, the resort staff couldn’t do enough to help and the wonderful buggy staff did a great job transporting her up and down to her room from the beach/restaurant for a few days, the boat guy took me over to the pharmacy and even waited around for an hour until they opened - thank you all so much. This is wonderful place to relax, unwind and kick back. I’m sure we’ll be back.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing little paradise for his 60th birthday suprise...it was heaven. We stayed from the 9th to 11th of October and will remember this always. Everything was what we imagined and more! Our Villa Zourit was perfect ....my husband loved the jacuzzi bath. The location was so private and the views breathtaking. You just forgot all your worries. Breakfast and dinner were perfect ....no complaints what so ever about anything. The staff and amazing manager Mr Singh really make Cerf Island stay very very special. I'd been in contact about some things that I would like for my husbands celebration and they were there on cue. Thankyou all so very much.....I was very sad to leave. I have to mention Suri from the Spa ...amazing lady!

We visited on a lazy day package for a birthday celebration. The transfer was prompt and fast. The welcome of cool towels and sweet drinks was a nice touch. We took a buggy to the helicopter pad to admire the stunning views. For most of the day we enjoyed lounging by the pools & beach. Lunch was a fantastic highlight and the cocktails are delicious. We also enjoyed a beautiful birthday cake. We would highly recommend this lovely little resort for day or overnight. The whole staff team are so nice and that really makes a difference. Plus the views from the restaurant and pools are lovely.

Despite some of the less favorable reviews out there, we found the resort to be an absolute gem in the heart of Seychelles. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with refreshing welcome drinks and cool towels, setting the tone for the entire stay. After providing our dinner preferences, we were guided to our hillside villa, which was simply stunning. The villa was spacious and rustic, with an open shower and a bathtub that invited us to relax while surrounded by nature. The large balcony provided perfect views of the lush landscape, offering a sense of peace and privacy that’s hard to find elsewhere. The resort itself is sprawling, and we enjoyed exploring it via buggy rides. One of the highlights was reaching the highest point on the island, where we were treated to breathtaking panoramic views, especially at sunset—truly a photographer’s dream. Dinner was an unforgettable experience, with a delightful three-course meal accompanied by live local music. Dining under the stars, with the gentle sound of the waves, felt like a dream come true. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the ocean-view restaurant before heading to the pools for a swim. The resort has several amazing pools that are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We also took advantage of the wide range of activities available, including kayaking and snorkeling. The resort’s beachfront is pristine, and it felt like we had the entire island to ourselves. One of the most special moments of our stay was the private, romantic dinner organized by the resort on the beach—a truly magical experience we will cherish forever. The next day, we treated ourselves to an authentic massage, which was the perfect way to wind down before our departure. Leaving Cerf Island via the picturesque jetty was bittersweet, but we left with beautiful memories of a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Cerf Island Resort offers an unparalleled level of tranquility and luxury, nestled in nature, with exceptional service and attention to detail. If you're looking for a truly unique and unforgettable escape, this is the place to go.

I do not think the pictures do justice to just how nice the hideaway villa really is. It is luxurious with a nice outdoor bathroom. Also, if you are willing to spend a little bit more, you get to have excellent WiFi in the room. A special thanks to Bhargav who mans the reception desk and was so nice and helpful.
