This is one of the best christmass holidays I have had with my family. All staff were very courteous and responsive whenever we needed any services. Food was wondeful throughout. Rooms are clean and comfy. I can confidently recommend Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa to any family who wants to enjoy a holiday .

Fantastic hotel experience from the very beginning until the very end. The check in and checkout were seamless, with the help and kindness of Abdulfattah, who ensured that our entire stay went smoothly. The hotel resort is stunning, particularly Beau Vallon beach, as well as and the garden on the property. The garden is meticulously kept, so walking through it to get to the pool and to the beach from your room is a pleasure. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the entire property is just ideal for relaxing. The location is ideal because you have the privacy that you often get in resorts, but also the proximity to shops and little restaurants (everything you need is in a 5-20 min walk) if you’re interested in exploring like we were. Finally, Mr. Arun helped us to organize a lovely experience on the beach, of having a private breakfast which is absolutely gorgeous!

Unfortunately we could not get the best experience as expected for this dreamy destination as Seychelles. Savoy hotel is very cheap and do not deserve the 5 stars at all. The standards for European guests are very far and approximate. The personnel was a catastrophy…they were not reactive even for easy questions or demands. We also had very bad experience with the food: products not available at breakfast, food not fresh, insects on it, etc. The only one positive stuff at Savoy were the room which is quite well designed and there cleaness. We anyway do not recommend this hotel unless you have no choice on the island.

We stayed here the night before we joined a Silversea cruise. Although Silversea and the hotel management knew the arrival times of all the guests (as the cruise company arranged the flights) , the hotel management were totally unprepared for our arrival. Most guests had 2 long haul flights to get to the Seychelles so everyone was tired. When we were told we would have to wait 3/4/5 hours before our rooms would be ready, many of us asked to speak to the manager. We were pointed in the direction of Sergei who casually explained that all rooms will be ready by 2pm and that nothing could be done to improve that situation. Sergei then turned away from us to socialise with his fellow workers. He had no interest in trying to address the concerns of his guests. He had no concept of customer service - he seemed more interested in flirting with his young female colleagues. I can’t believe he was THE manager of the hotel. He may have been a very junior manager - though I suspect he has exceeded his potential. The rest of our experience at the hotel was only slightly better than our initial impression!

A large and well-located hotel on the seafront of the lush Beau Vallon beach. The rooms are comfortable but need more luxury and updates. I got a room that smelled of the sea. The pool is lovely but there aren't enough chairs. There is a restaurant and beach service.
