Hotel is on excellent location on river waterfront. Hotel is near to city center by walk. All services are on high level. Room is super big so you can organize your things on easy way. Underground garage is big plus. Full recommendation for business meetings.

10:45 pm on a Friday and my wife and I cannot possibly sleep. Being pounded through our window (which overlooks the lobby) by the strains of a sh** bar band. The number one thing I want in a hotel is a quit night’s sleep, and that’s not possible here. They need to decide if they’re running a hotel or a nightclub.

I love this hotel!!! It’s my most favourite Hyatt of all Hyatt’s. Sure, there are fancier ones, especially in the Middle East, Asia and so on but this one is gorgeous, is being well taken care off, has wonderful staff and the lounge as well as breakfast is stunning. Absolutely amazing. Sitting in the lounge, sipping on a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Fleischmann, eating a tasteful soup and yummy salad and looking at the river is the best thing ever! It’s stress releasing! The spa is really nice, but the best about this hotel, is their staff. The staff makes this hotel soooooo unique. They are incredible caring. It’s a home away from home. It’s that great, that - if I am in Germany - I leave our house, drive 200km to Mainz to spend the weekend there just to load up my batteries. Anything you ask for, they try to make it possible. Always a smile on their face. Just left Germany yesterday and I can’t wait to come back! I am German and I am often ashamed of customer service in my own country. Not in this hotel, they take customer service to perfection! It’s close to impossible to mention names as all if you are so hard working and wonderful, but to name a few …Juan, always helpful with a smile, he saw my children growing up in the past 18 years. Lenka at Bellpepper is just amazing, the male front desk manager who tries to fulfil all wishes, or Marina and many more. Sorry I can’t remember all names! Last but not least, we checked out at 4 pm on Christmas Day, the cleaner waited for our room as it was obviously her last job before going home to celebrate Christmas with her family. Instead of being grumpy as because of us, she couldn’t go home, she gave us her biggest smile and well wishes for Christmas. If you are looking for a beautiful hotel with great dining and Spa experience, you like to walk along the river or enjoy the sun on one of their beautiful terraces, enjoy a gorgeous old town of Mainz, being away from stressful Feankfurt, this is your place to stay!

One of the best European hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. The room was spacious, the king size bed and pillows were so comfortable, the rain shower was hot and good pressure and the view of the Rhine was unbeatable. Plus, the 4th floor that I stayed on was very quiet. The young lady who worked the evening we arrived was very attentive, nice and helpful.
