Fairmont Makati

This is our second time with Fairmont. Booking was full but the staff were able to assist us while waiting four rooms to be available. Kids love the big pool and the bathtub,. Clean rooms, warm customer service. Asked for late check out, 12nn, since will be traveling to QC for work, and they gave us until 1pm. Thank you Fairmont.

This was our 2nd visit to Fairmont Makati, with our first time only 9 months prior. Our first visit was exceptional which influenced our decision to return to Manila. Our 2nd visit was even better than our first, the attentiveness of staff is impecable and go out of their way to accomodate any requests as practically possible. The breakfast selection is amazing and the hotel is conveniently located. Every team member went out of their way to ensure you had a great experience inclduing Eugene our dog security guard.

I love the entire stay, very luxuriuos feels stay in this hotel. Would love to go back. Staff is very accommodating, had a smooth check in with complimentary drink. Room is very spacious, love the elegant working table. Bed was very comfy. They even prepared our bed for sleeping. The restroom and toiletries are amazing. Love the coffee machine too!!! Love their gym. Was also able to do late check out.

We stayed at Fairmont and we had a wonderful experience. The standout feature for me was the food and service. The buffet offered a variety of delicious dishes, each expertly prepared by chef Fred. The dinner buffet spread was flavorful and beautifully presented and we particularly enjoyed Philipino and Japanese dish. Long Bar and Writers Bar was also the highlight of our stay. Sheryl and Nikki was always looking after us and their service is top notch

Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom with toiletries made from wood and paper. Very friendly staff especially in the lounge. Food is good with a wide variety. Great to be upgraded to a very nice room for a reasonable price. I especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the lounge .
