Patina Maldives, Fari Islands

I was initially unsure about traveling to the Maldives, and on the day I arrived, Male greeted me with rain. The boat transfer to Patina Resort, Fari Islands, Maldives, was bumpy due to rough seas. However, everything changed from the moment I stepped onto the island. I was welcomed by the warm and accommodating staff, particularly Ms. Honey, my essentialist, who was absolutely amazing and simply the sweetest! She made everything so easy for me and ensured that I had the best experiences throughout my stay. The villas at Patina Resort come with private pools and great views. There are many dining options, and the food? Heaven! The resort also has a spa, a fitness center, and lovely swimming pools, plus a nice beach for swimming and water activities. Overall, Patina Resort is a perfect place for a luxurious and memorable getaway. A special shout-out to the staff, Chef Abraham, Jessie, and Rachel, who made me feel right at home. Their recommendations were spot on. Thanks to Nilfa, I had the best Maldivian breakfast every day until my last day. I also have to mention the cinnamon rolls; Chef even packed some for me to take home! While I can’t remember all their names, I genuinely miss the wonderful people I met during my stay and the joy of biking around the island, which felt incredibly safe even when I was alone. Patina Resort has left a mark on my heart, and I would love to return in the future!

I was staying in the sunset 1 bedroom water pool villa it was spacious and the bathroom was also spacious ! The quality of service is everything ! All the staff were really so kind specially Heba ! She take good care of us during our stay The restaurants in the resort were so good I liked where they are hidden between the trees and planta it’s so nice to walk around there ! Flow spa was amazing I tried their massage it was so good !

Special thanks to Shaf for her good hosting. The restaurants were very delicious!! The breakfast fast so good! I wish the spa and art gallery were open. And to change the gym time. I wish there was a yoga experience I was very excited to experience it

We had an incredible stay at Patina Maldives, it totally surpassed all expectations and was OUTSTANDING. From start to finish, the service really was perfect, from the lovely airport staff who assisted us with our boat transfer, to the fabulous arrival greeting at the jetty, to our AMAZING essentialist Davron, who went out of his way all week to make our stay so special and memorable. Thank you so much Davron, we really do appreciate all your hard work and the lengths you went to ensure we had an incredible stay. You are amazing at what you do and we will miss you! Until next time D 😊 Our lovely housekeeper Kuta was also great, making sure our room was spotless and that we had little treats every night to enjoy. Thank you Kuta! The restaurant & kitchen staff were also fabulous, and the service in all the dining outlets was very impressive. So incredibly attentive and the staff could not do enough for you to make sure your meal was perfect! A special thank you to Leo, Afzal, Ronnie, Ruby, Rachel & Abraham for your amazing service and your wonderful smiles everyday! We also want to thank Mariam and Antonio, who checked on us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything - the effort did not go unnoticed! Finally, we would like to thank Mohamed for assisting us at the airport upon checking out. He helped us with our bags all the way from the boat to checking them in at the Emirates counter and it made the experience far less stressful and much more relaxing. He was so friendly and kind, we appreciate your help Mohamed, thank you! The hotel design is beautiful and the architecture is out of this world. We also loved that the hotel is so new, everything felt hardly used. The food was also incredible, they have 12 different restaurants so we never felt bored. Our favourites were Wok Society and Brasa, so yummy! The spa was also out of this world, we had 90 minute massages and it was so relaxing. They also have a gorgeous relaxing spa area to chill out in after your treatment and it was very zen. A few points to note below that we wanted to mention for future: We were surprised the hotel rooms did not have smart tv’s with Netflix on offer. There were a few days where the weather wasn’t great and we were stuck in our room and it would have been nice to watch Netflix (without having to chrome cast it from my phone - abit of a faff!). Given how new the hotel, we were unsure why this wasn’t offered, just a suggestion for the future 😊 We also found that the breakfast menu became a little bit repetitive after a while, we were there for a week and it didn’t change the whole time we were there but it still tasted great! Finally, it would have been nice for the resort manager Guillaume to introduce himself and say hi at-least once during our stay. We found he was very selective in who he chose to speak to and often ignored lots of the tables. We found this odd given he is the resort manager and Antonio and Mariam were friendly enough to introduce themselves and say hi. Overall, we were blown away by Patina and highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. It is perfect for couples and families, as well as girly trips (which is what we did!) We are already planning our return trip back next year it was that amazing. To anyone reading this, please do not hesitate in booking this hotel, JUST DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

My experience at this visit was really great, this is the third visit to Patina and every time I can feel it’s the greatest visit to Maldives and to Patina, The service as usual it’s amazing My Assistant Mr.Arey was handsome The food was delicious and the room service was very well What the most beautiful in this resort the variety of food, Patina has more than 7 restaurants with a different cuisine, moreover, they have a food trucks with a taste snack food
