From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The General Manager, Noel, personally greeted us and set the tone for the entire stay. Whether we bumped into him at Celsius or Salt, he always took the time to ask about our plans and made sure we were having the best experience possible. His presence at our send-off was the perfect final touch, leaving us with a sense of genuine care that you rarely find elsewhere. Along with Hassan, who is equally attentive and focused on guest satisfaction, the management team here goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our Thakuru, Soppe, made our stay truly unforgettable. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, and anticipation of our every need set him apart as one of the best we’ve ever encountered. Soppe didn’t just provide service – he created moments we’ll never forget, like organizing a private sandbank lunch that felt like something out of a movie. He added thoughtful surprises throughout our stay, constantly checking in to ensure we were having the time of our lives. Even when he wasn’t working, he had everything seamlessly covered by Samaah, who stepped in with the same level of care. Soppe is a rare find, and we left feeling more like friends than guests. The activities at Huvafen Fushi are in a league of their own. For water lovers, the team at Float is unbeatable. Alina’s passion for marine life, especially sharks, brought the underwater world to life for us. Her enthusiasm made snorkeling feel like an exclusive guided tour by a marine biologist. The private yacht trip with Alina and Nafiz led us to the best snorkeling spots we’ve ever visited, where we swam alongside turtles and reef sharks. If you’re up for adventure, Yaanish’s jet ski tour to a deserted island is a must – it was a thrilling highlight of our trip. Dining here is an experience in itself. Chaminda, the Level 3 sommelier (soon to be Level 4!) at Vinum, the Maldives’ first underground wine cellar, curated exceptional wine pairings that elevated every meal. The culinary team, led by the incredibly talented Chefs Gihan and Ishara, delivered dishes that rival any fine dining restaurant. Gihan’s world-renowned expertise in pastries left us speechless – you have to try the desserts. And if you’re a steak lover, Ishara’s Wagyu tenderloin was the best we’ve ever had. Enjoying that tenderloin or the catch of the day while watching 15-20 reef sharks glide by just a few feet below in the open water is a surreal experience. It’s important to specifically mention the exceptional restaurant staff: Shanim, Sadhin, Shifraz, and their teammates, who went above and beyond to make every meal memorable. Their service, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel like VIPs at every dining experience. The accommodations were impeccable, and it’s the small details that make the difference. Asif kept our room spotless and added thoughtful touches, like notes crafted from flowers and palm leaves, making us feel like every moment was designed just for us. Huvafen Fushi exceeded every expectation. This isn’t just another place to stay – it’s a destination that leaves a lasting impression. We already have plans to return in 2026. First, this is a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. The fact that you can speed boat rather than seaplane honestly makes the connection from the airport a breeze. Service at the resort, from the welcome drinks to members of staff knowing our names and preferences almost immediately were also nice touches. Guests also have a personal member of the staff assigned to their room who takes care of everything. This was a great touch. The overwater villa was also excellent. Beautiful room and the private pools were wonderful. Miss it already! Why 4 star and not 5? 2 main reasons. First, both restaurant food quality and service was hit and miss. Obviously Maldives food prices are high, but at a resort of this quality we expected the food to be better. Nothing was inedible, but it was just OK. Service in the main restaurant was hit and miss and management later confirmed they had short staffing issues. Second, as a Hilton Diamond member we weren’t sure if there would be many/ any benefits at an SLH property since they only recently joined the Hilton program. Long story short, there isn’t any. So if you’re a Hilton loyalist and want those perks, go to the Conrad or Hilton instead. I don’t think there was any acknowledgment of Hilton status let alone benefits. Again we weren’t expecting any, but it is worth a note since many program loyal guests care a lot about the recognition/ upgrades, etc. All in all we would definitely return as it is a beautiful place and we were sad to leave. Maybe they can fix the food inconsistency in the meantime and it would be a 5/5.

Certainly the most beautiful place I ever been with exceptional services and island experience. Place is exceptional and you have the feeling being by yourself (even there were plenty of guests but you only see them on breakfast 😊). Same for the staff, they are always there when you need them but you do not really see them during your stay. Food and wines are unique! Spa is a must! Gym is an experience! Perfect place to relax and focus on the little things making you happy. I'll be back as soon I could to recharge the busy life batteries in this "blue+green+white Paradise"

Amazing new double room water villa with pool. We loved the location, the beautiful setting and the design. The food was light and sparkly, we saw an amazing wine cellar, and the spa remains a jewel... underwater was a delight fir the eyes. But above all the kindness of the staff made our stay most enjoyable. Thank you.

Perfect experience and lifetime memory. Amazing lagoon view and beautiful coral and fish. Delicious food. All the staffs are very kind-hearted. We got professional, supportive and super-nice service from Naadi. He looked after our daughter very well. Highly recommended!
