From Mallorca with love, another LHW experience.

Short stay between trips to Italy and Madrid.Loved this hotel, great staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast service and food were excellent, the restaurant we had dinner at (I forgot the name) it was fantastic too, food and staff. My suite had a view to a garden, peaceful, just what I needed. I felt in love with their cathedral. We will return next time we are in Mallorca.

Cold pool and Jacuzzi! Only cold plunge in the spa. Burrrrr

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

the food and service was very good, room was nice, no ocean view but very clean and pretty. The astonishing thing was that although we complained there was no warm water in pools it was freezing, the spa jacuzzi was cool, the outdoor jacuzzi was cold, and there was a country club up the road and the pool was never available as the community uses it for swim lessons. Searched for an hour with no help to find the hidden sauna at the health club but that is bare bones, no towels, or helpers. I felt bad for honeymooners as there was no hope of pool time in late September and early October as they said they don't heat in those times:( Should have known beforehand as thats why we booked it with 2 pools! The ocean is 15 min away and not warm but much nicer than a freezing pool and jacuzzi.

Best stay experience in Spain!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

This place is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is very professional, unlike other 5 stars we have stayed up during our trip to Spain. Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful, very high tech and well equipped. The resort is also amazing. The restaurants make the entire experience top notch!

Classically understated Mediterranean elegance

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Absolutely beautiful Hotel with beautiful classic Mediterranean finishes. Quiet, comfortable and relaxing. A very unhurried environment which was just what we wanted for our Holiday. Food in all restaurants was delicious and we didn’t experience any service issues mentioned in other reviews. We wish were able to stay longer but hope to come back another time.

Wow, Best place we stayed in Mallorca

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

This room was beautiful. Every amenity I could think of and a beautiful balcony. It was a long set of stairs (over 100) to get to and from the room to anywhere on the property. The beach was a short drive away and worth it for a few hours. Voro was worth the money but took 4 hours!
