Fantastic experience. Staff members made my short stay amazing. Truly professional and friendly. Maxine in Manila Bay kitchen was absolutely the best waitress I've had the pleasure to meet. Every member of the staff I encountered treated me well. I will happily stay here again.

I had a great night that time superb dinner with friends, we dined last week with my long time friends, the food was veryvery good the steak, the seafood and the star of the night i love their unlimited wines. The service was super impeccable. Eljene was so attentive and make sure that all our needs is delivered it well. Will come back again thankyou sheraton.

Art and Felicidad de Guzman Rosario, kept my room clean and fresh and provided excellent customer service exceeding my expectations and I truly believe their passion to please the customer was shown in there work efforts, My hope is that these two professionals will be recognized by there superiors for exemplary duty in there performance, Merry Christmas to all in the house keeping department

Overall nice hotel. Location, let’s talk. If you never been to Asia or Phil. I would avoid. You are in the heart of locals. This didn’t bother me Been to Asia many times, novice might be better near resorts world. Rooms very nice and clean. Pool.. eh.. just for a dip no more. Staff friendly, they were renovating the lounge so no comment there. Arranged taxi to and from airport thru hotel very easy. Restaurant is good overall.
