Art and Felicidad de Guzman Rosario, kept my room clean and fresh and provided excellent customer service exceeding my expectations and I truly believe their passion to please the customer was shown in there work efforts, My hope is that these two professionals will be recognized by there superiors for exemplary duty in there performance, Merry Christmas to all in the house keeping department

Overall nice hotel. Location, let’s talk. If you never been to Asia or Phil. I would avoid. You are in the heart of locals. This didn’t bother me Been to Asia many times, novice might be better near resorts world. Rooms very nice and clean. Pool.. eh.. just for a dip no more. Staff friendly, they were renovating the lounge so no comment there. Arranged taxi to and from airport thru hotel very easy. Restaurant is good overall.

Marie is friendly and always willing to assist us at the ballroom when we conduct interviews when the aircon is not working well for our interviewers. She was at the top floor assisting us in our dining, too. Today, she is at the breakfast cafe, assisting us with the latte request when the restaurant staff are busy. Thanks, Marie, for her friendly assistance and always welcoming.

The hotel gets my praise for cleanliness ,well kept rooms and superb amenities staffed with competent ,polite and professional. Crew. Security is appreciated. Great fitness center, working efficient lifts to all floors. It is located near Malate area. Robinson's mall /Mall of Asia and rixas blvd is close by. Eating optiins near the hotel is varied with lots of offerings. The breakfast spread in the hotel is very excellent.
