Very friendly and accomodating Manager, Mr Steve Seballos!! Kudos to Sheraton Hotel !!!
Mr Steve Seballos the resident manager at that time when we checked in last March 6, 2025 was so accomodating when we told him that the room assigned to us at first was uncomfortable to a senior guest like me but he went out of his way to changed it so that our 4 days stay with my collegue was comfortable and we were happy and satisfied to our new room given by him.. .. Thank you very much !!

First time here at manila bay kitchen
I've been here together with my family micah and Tiandre. Food is good and the staff was very approachable, I highly recommend this five star restaurants/hotel. You'll probably enjoy the food that they offered. They served Seafood hot and fresh. We ordered the Buffett and they also offered unlimited drinks like red wine and stuff...

Just perfectionist!!!!!!!!!
We really highly enjoyed our time here. First, the customer service from Eljene and sharon was just terrific. Then two were so pleasant, helpful joyful, funny, and kind hearted. Been to many restaurants and I've always had problems with the customer service but then two individuals were just outstanding. Not only them but the other staff working were kind and greeted us with a smile. Now the the food, omg the best I've had since my stay in Manila and I'm truly grateful and full finally lol. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and I will be here again. Thank you again!

Enjoyed our stay .Great serevice
We stayed at this property for five nights. The entire staff of this hotel is very well trained and willing to go extra mile to help. The night I arrived at 1 am, I did not have local currency to pay, and the front desk lady Aragel ?(night Clark) loaned funds from her own pocket to pay. What a great service. Everyone including servers, managers and f desk, concierge are all very helpful. Restaurant has very good choices. Near Robinson mall for shopping and over 30 eateries in the mall.
