Los Altos Resort

Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing place! Staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming stay! Andy made sure all was perfect. Villa is perfect size, breathtaking views. Sunset magnificent. Sitting on deck enjoying morning coffee with birds and monkeys was fun! Cannot wait to return.

Los Altos provided enough space for our family traveling with 4 adults and 2 children. It was nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals and bedrooms for privacy at night. The pool and private beach were outstanding! We loved jumping in the waves and coming back to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The complementary breakfast was the best we had the whole trip! It was also very conveniently located in town so we could walk to a supermarket, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating! The Friday night live band and dance show was a special treat!

Our family of 4 had the most wonderful time at this beautiful, relaxing, and luxurious resort! Our huge suite was well-equipped and comfortable.. Our breakfast and dinner at Karolas restaurant were delicious. We received excellent service from Sebastian, Christian, Alex , David and many others. I had the best massage with Mariela at their Spa. Sitting at the pool and on the private beach was memorable. We hope to be able to return soon!!

Our stay at Los Altos was wonderful. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The suite was beautifully decorated and easily accommodated two couples with a third room if needed. Alex, Ines, and Louis were warm and made us feel like family. The private beach was beautiful. Make sure you drink a guaipirna. We had a good time taking a lead nature hike on n the property and making empanadas with the chef.

We returned from spending the last week in January at Los Altos!! Would return there tomorrow if we could! We were treated with class - LOVED the beautiful environment & delicious food/beverages. THANK YOU for the snacks and beverages in our room! I will never forget stepping out of the elevator, thinking we were in a hallway - discovering that the entire suite was our “room”! All of the staff were wonderful - but our favorites were Alex, Jhean Carlo & Inez!! Each of them took special care of us in a different way.❤️ We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the restaurant – it was especially delicious !! Of course, the food and beverages at the pool did not disappoint either!! Last but not least – the sun setting over the Pacific was magnificent.🥺 We are so thankful we were able to visit your beautiful country and property. Hope to see you again soon!!!
