From the moment we arrived, Tania went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. She was incredibly helpful, always kind, and genuinely polite — a true professional in every sense. Tania made us feel welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. She handled every request with a smile and ensured that we had an amazing, issue-free experience. Because of her, our time at the resort was truly remarkable. Employees like Tania are rare, and she deserves full recognition for the outstanding service she provides. They had a wonderful performance! Very thoughtful choreography and amazing singers. Their outfits matched each decade. Great enthusiasm all around!

We stayed for a weekend trip, the hotel facilites are beautiful, clean and the rooms are comfortable. Pools and beach are enjoyable. But we did not enjoy the food, which is a big part of the experience. First day dinner at buffet was great, all the rest of our meals were okay or miss. For the price I’d expect much better food.

The entire show was fabulous, really talented people and it was such a nice time. I loved everyone's dances and performances. You can tell everyone works hard to give a good show, would definitely come again

Hotel is well kept and is holding up pretty well. Dining options are good, I liked their buffet restaurant because it had a lot of options and their mexican food night is excellent. A la Carte restaurants are good, I specially like Agave. Service is very, very good, staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Plenty of bars to get a drink, but drinks are hit or miss, some were mix well but others not so. The only place where the hotel could improve is the rooms; bedding is not what I expected from the Barcelo brand, mattresses were soft and lumpy and the pillows were hard. Sofa and chair also felt old. Aside from this drawbacks, place is a good place to spend vacation time.
