The hotel is beautiful and the architect was breathtaking. We came with family and friends for the week. The lagoon was so refreshing and best part of our stay. There were multiple swimming pools and spa pool to enjoy. There were a total of 2 bars you could get drinks from, one next to the adult pools, one next to the lagoon and snack area. The bar at the lobby was closed until 5 pm. They had 3 restaurants that you could make reservations for with the concierge. They had Italian, Sushi, and Mexicana. The food was average but the service was wonderful. My favorite of the 3 was the Kyoto- two of our waiter made it so memorable. I did not appreciate the restaurant all closes from 5-7pm, which is when the kids are hungry. The snack area only have minimal food and the same food that was served during lunch at 12 pm. I would suggest that having another option for late lunch at a different location with better selections. The food/snack at the beach the hot dogs was shriveled and burgers were dry. We had the premium package and there were no other options for us either. The delicious snacks was one bag of chip and one peanut packet,2 bottle of waters, 2 beers, and 2 sodas per room. We had to ask for our amenities before we got service. Also our curtains did not close all the way and the sun came through every morning to wake us up. Housekeeping clean bare minimal. Our room did not get tidy- we had sand in the room still and the only thing that was taken care of was our bed was made and trash was collected. The hotel is definitely beautiful and the staff was friendly but I think paying attention to details and accommodation options with food and beverages would have made our stay more enjoyable.

You want to eat, you need to reserve a restaurant, and when you try to reserve, the answer all the restaurant is full for the next 2 days. Just starve and drink 🍸 a lot

Not recommended, over priced full of fake services and no entertainment. none of the features are available and the staff isnt attentive. if your in a wheelchair it is near impossible to move freely throu the resort.
