We enjoyed a week of relaxation. Food choices were well prepared and the presentation of dishes very pleasing. Our daily housekeeper was amazing and our room spotless…we chose premium junior suite with ocan view.

Great location. Great rooms when you upgrade to premium. Very few staff speak English. Everything thing is great except the food. Like the Barcello in San Jose del Cabo (since closed) food is inconsistent. Specialty restaurants are hit and miss. Had 2 of 6 meals that were great. 4 were awful. Buffet is nothing special. Sorry but can't do Barcello again.

Great service. Great food, excellent time. I would recommend a 100% people stay here again. The view was beautiful from our room. And the entertainment was fantastic. We are coming back next year great time special things to Es the attendan. rodolfo fernin

I purchased a stay here for myself and 8 other family members as a once in a lifetime kind of "splurge" vacation. But, we were treated so well, that I definitely will want to go back to treat myself again! It was so so so worth every single penny! My grandpa has trouble walking and staff made sure to get him a wheelchair, and when the air went flat in a tire, they brought him another! When my grandpa injured himself, security came down and cleaned him up free of charge. Staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and they took such good care of us. I can honestly tear up because that level of service was touching. We are so very appreciative for the way we were treated, with no discrimination for the handicap, we just felt so welcomed. So thank you! We look forward to coming back to Manzanillo Barcelo Karmina and checking out your other resorts as well!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is very kind. The food was subpar at Best. We had premium level, and we were not able to book every night for the restaurants, which was also frustrating. The buffet food was repeated too much, and was not very good, but the beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean, and the pools were Great! Be prepared to have to use their taxi services, because that was a fight for us to get a taxi service on the resort that we had booked to come pick us up, which was a family member of ours, and we wanted them to come pick us up with their taxes service. It was a fight to happen, but they finally allowed it..
