The rooms are pretty good The view is fantastic Staff very good. Area is OK The pool area not to good,no chairs and tables loungers falling apart. Estetically.Needs painting real badly needs sanding real badly. Management.Tells you what u want to here, but doesnt follow through. Would only come back if chairs, tables, umbrellas, and they painted, knocked off about 10 thousand pesos a month.

Last night we attended two for one drinks and a band, was going to be there. We have been there before. So let me tell you, management to cheep to pay proper waiters and bar tender. Young teenagers with no knowledge of serving, clothes stained and dirty. Drinks overpriced and two for one brings the cost down, BUT drinks watered down, skimpy on liquor, Pina colada’s worst I ever had, again NO BOOZE, bad taste. Band that was suppose to be there, how about a person, that could not see playing an organ, music you could not dance to. I ordered a hamburger, which they forgot to cook and when it did come, I am not sure if it was meat, be surprised ! Wife had pasta and shrimp, which she brought up later that night ! You wonder what germs were in the pasta or shrimp, because it certainly wasn’t booze ! We live and learn, never to return !!😡😡😡

We had a great stay with our family. The 2bd suite is very spacious and comfortable. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping. The pool is clean and very relaxing. Only down fall is the beach access is there, but waves are too dangerous to go in the ocean. Depends what you are looking for this hotel is definitely relaxing by the pool. Not all inclusive. But you can bring your own snacks and drinks. My family had a great stay.

Having stayed at the Camino Real in Mexico City, I thught we would get the same quality and architecture as in the capital. What a disappointment. We reserved on line while travelling to Manzanillo and that worked fine. We were given a room facing the land (and not the sea) and we found the installation quite basic, the bathroom in need of some serious touching up, nothing commensurate with the ***** star it was advertized with. We had a look at the restaurant and the menue and decided to go elsewhere. Breakfast is served outside with a vire of the ocean which is great but the buffet is open and the bird feed on it. It is hard to find a clean chair and we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. Not in line with the Camino Real image
