Gran Melia Don Pepe

I’ve been staying in Gran Melia hotel regularly, over past year, around 1 week per month, every month, I run my online conferences from my hotel suite as part of my lifestyle business, I must say the staff has been beyond attentive and supportive going to great lengths to make my stay most comfortable, from hardwire internet connection to make sure my online calls go smooth and easy to treats upon arrival, Don Pepe feels like my second home here in Spain, the propert is truly beautiful & luxurious & location second to none, right by the boardwalk, also spa facilities & staff super professional & kind, I’d highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for luxurious stay whether for holidays or business

The staff at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The food and service were outstanding, truly world-class. Every detail, need, and the overall experience were carefully taken into account during my stay. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and will certainly visit again in the future. I cannot recommend the experience highly enough. Stunning sea views and an exceptional breakfast make this hotel a must for all guests.

I stayed at the hotel the last days of December and the beginning of January with my family; parents and daughter. At the moment I did the reservation, the service was wonderful and the experience excellent. I really appreciate this level of service since where I live, in Mexico City, the standard is very high. In this way, I felt the support of the entire team; Ana, Javier, Pedro, Noelia, Andrea and especially Abel for the support and follow-up to the family health problem we had and who with great empathy made me feel at home like a big family. These types of experiences are what make the big difference from the rest of the resorts. Congratulations and thank you very much for making me feel loved! Long live the MELIA family, Spanish power!

The warm and gracious hospitality of the hotel staff and the impressive summer fruit scent of the hotel renewed my spirit, and I felt like a princess with its fresh and magnificent design. The hotel is very clean, the furniture is very tasteful.
