Lovely hotel and location
5 Star. Location, facilities and staff all top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Red Level Experience. Breakfast also very good. Excellency views, would definitely stay again and recommend. We also ate in the steak restaurant in the hotel which was superb!!

Perfect once again
The hotel staff are extremely warm and friendly and make you feel very welcomed upon arrival. The facilities are amazing and the location of the hotel makes it accessible to both the beach and the square. The rooms are beautiful and always in perfect condition, it is our favourite hotel in marbella and we have been coming for many years.

Excellent location for a quick stay. Pleasent atmosphere and comprehensive facilities. My Red level room had a perfect sea view and the lounge was pleasant and not too crowded, ot least on low season. Breakfast was very nice and the service was outstanding in general.

A quality experience.
All Staff were extremely accommodating and cheerful, from Reception to Bar and Restaurants. My room was nicely decorated, spotless and spacious. Breakfast was exceptionally splendid with an array of quality food. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday.
