Thank you again to the Hotel Don Pepe for our wonderful stay. I proposed to my partner in the hotel grounds and they went above and beyond to assist in preparations. Helped me organise the setting plus all the touches that made the engagement and overall weekend special. We had such a lovely and memorable stay and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful. Classic hotel. Rooms small but well pointed. It was my birthday during the stay and I was greeted by dipped strawberries and a cake. Along with a bottle of fizz. Lovely touch. Food at the hotel was ok. Nothing to write home about. But we ate out as we were on business and went to a few amazing restaurants. Drinks were also ok. But expensive. Bar staff are young, and not too bothered with customer service. Such a shame when the hotel is beautiful itself. We did speak to the manager when she was doing her rounds by the pool who was very friendly and engaging. Overall the hotel is beautifully decorated and has a luxury, classic feel. But the staff really do let this hotel down. A lot of the time when we went to the bar they were on mobile phones and everything seemed too much effort. Not friendly. Considering we were a large group on business/birthday, they really should have made the most of us wanting to have a few cocktails and beers. One evening we gave up and went out early as no one came to serve us even after asking. We hope this changes as it’s a fantastic location and the manager seemed lovely. Kind regards Genna

A really beautiful hotel, very tastefully furnished with a fantastic location and facilities. A fabulous team looked after us superbly throughout. Wonderful restaurant with grill and tremendous selection of Spanish wine, very knowledgeable and helpful sommelier. Gorgeous pool area and gardens, lovely evening entertainment with an outstanding lady singer and gentleman guitarist - a truly inspiring and memorable experience - 100% recommended. A gold standard. Thank you.

We are a family of 4 (3 months old baby & 4 yo toddler) and we stayed for 2 weeks. Absolutely wonderful and accommodating staff. The pool area and the grounds are wonderful, the rooms are spotless, great turn down service. Best part of the hotel is hands down the kids club! We come to this hotel especially for this experience which our daughter loves (it’s our 3x here!) thank you to Marta, Lorena and Elena for all of the activities, face painting, and swimming !
