An Oasis in Marbella

Exceptional is an understatement, we had the most amazing time during our 4 night stay. The restaurants served 5 star meals, the service was above and beyond, and the rooms/property were perfectly thought out, down to the last detail. Even with heavy rain that cut power for an entire day during our stay, the staff did everything within their power to make it a memorable and positive experience. Will definitely be coming back to experience this oasis again.

Indifferent staff poor customer service. Credit card charged twice. Phoned hotel twice but still no refund our explanation. Hotel rather shabby. Room service can take hours. Room cleaning late on afternoon. ………………………. ………………………………..
