Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

Some good, some bad. Some great, some ugly. Let's start with the resort. This is our first Zoetry experience. Not as good as we expected based on the hype and some of the locations where we were brought there for our update. Always was under the impression this is UVC's top of the line resorts. And I thought the resort was recently completely renovated when acquired. Not the case. The resort is old and weathered and the interiors have not really been updated completely. The great was the location and the overall surroundings. Beautiful. The good was that we did get upgraded to a large room suite. So we went from a single room to a master bedroom, living room, dining room, full kitchen, large wrap around porch with a jacuzzi. so that was a very nice upgrade and we had a nice large and clean room. Good. It was not modern and you could see where upgrades were made by the mess left behind (paint droppings, etc.). Maintenance requests were mostly not responded to and at one point our keys stopped working on the door and we were locked out for hours. Now the resort as a whole. I must say, the food was great. No complaints with the quality and quantity of the breakfast, lunch and dinners. My only complaint was that one night after exploring all day long, we were beat so we ordered room service. Big mistake. after 2 hours, I called and they said it would be soon. After over 3 hours, we were called to say it was on its way. We waived it off since I went downstairs to get us food at one of the restaurants after about 2.5 hours. Now the best part (if your still reading), the people and staff at the resort were some of the best I have encountered. Super friendly, responsive, and timely. So, if it was not for maintenance and room service, I think I would give 4 stars and been pretty much completely happy with the overall experience. Hopefully, they will make a lot of improvements in this areas.

My wife and I visited this resort and it requires alot of walking and alot of stairs! It is well kept but I would not say it is 5 stars maybe 3 1/2. The room was very comfortable and the room cleaning was impeccable. The food for an all inclusive in our opinion lacked variety

The team was amazing!!! The vibe and food was our favorite Zoetry Resort ever!! There was also constant hotel upgrades such as painting, gardening and improvements but very quietly and never in the way! It simply felt fresh and wonderful! The service was excellent especially Neil who was our specialist!

Dining at the Hurricane Hole restaurant within Zoetry Resort was a truly memorable experience. Beyond the excellent food and great bar, the staff made it exceptional. Selma, Mark, and Chef John stood out, always smiling and providing incredibly friendly and caring service. Their genuine warmth created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the already delightful culinary experience. Highly recommended! Make sure to go on Thursday the buffet is extremely good, and the entertainment is great!!

It was challenging to make a decision as to where to hang out during my stay at Zoetry since every corner of Zöetry is so breathtakingly picturesque, therapeutic and relaxing. The staff, particularly Hilda, and even the General Manager Lester, paid special attention to my needs to ensure that I had a good time. Zöetry is also nestled comfortably in the magical Marigot Bay. Lots of water sports activities if you're into that. And the food at the various restaurants at Zoetry is quite delicious and affordable. I highly recommend. You won't regret.
