Excellent except bar on fourth floor
Great hotel. Excellent location. Fantastic lounge with senior guest services executive Yarik Gnatenko taking so good care of everyone. Charming and fun, yet correct. Rooms great, fantastic beds with wonderful duvet and pillows and excellent housekeeping staff. Only disappointment was bar at fourth floor with unattentive staff that completely ignored me and my business guests.

Awesome hotel. Chose Marina Bay King room on the 18th floor.Fantastic view. Loved everything, the buffet breakfast, gym and pool. Excellent attentive staff and bonus its connected to shopping centre with lots of food choices.Walking distance to MRT and Maring Bay Sands. Treated like VIPs when you arrive. Great location and stunning hotel
Wow what a stunning hotel. The staff were brilliant and friendly and the room we had was great. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The views across the city at night were stunning. I have never stayed anywhere that had such a comprehensive international breakfast buffet, I could have happily grazed there all day trying different foods I had no idea about but were beautifully cooked. It's also in a great location for the MRT to get you to anywhere in the city

Ganesan is very helpful. Very welcoming. Beautiful hotel, large and has a lot of greenery, great atmosphere and service. Close proximity to MBS. The pool is beautiful at night with lights at the bottom of the pool. Check in and check out is very easy

Stand out club lounge experience
The hotel’s club lounge was a standout feature of my stay. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The food and drinks were top-quality, with a variety of snacks and delicious hors d'oeuvres across the day. The panoramic views were an added bonus, providing a relaxing space to unwind. Overall, the lounge offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury, making my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend it!
