Staff are friendly and professional, especially Rosy who facilitated a smooth check-in process and was attentive to our daily requests. Ganesan also made the experience memorable with his friendliness and kind assistance. I hope to return again.

Absolutely wonderful experience ! The hotel is in a great location - across the street from the convention center and a huge shopping mall (Hop on bus tours also start there if you want to do some sightseeing). Many of the top sights, including the Ferris Wheel, are within walking distance. The true highlight of the hotel is Yarik. It’s wonderful to return to the hotel after a full day and be greeted with „welcome back, I’ve been expecting you“. He made sure I had everything I needed was highly professional, and so very pleasant in his interactions and service. Thank you so much!
