Nestled on 20 lush acres in the heart of Marrakesh, the Es Saadi Gardens & Resort couples refined luxury with traditional Moroccan hospitality in a setting as memorable for its lavish accommodations as the verdant park grounds on which it lies. Pathways pleasantly shaded by bougainvillea, palm, eucalyptus, orange and lemon trees lead to the hotel, where 150 rooms, including 15 suites infuse modern amenities with natural charm. Or stay in the opulent Palace, where 92 spacious suites plus 8 deluxe Ksars have been sumptuously appointed by master local craftsmen and offer views of the stunning snow-capped Atlas Mountains. For a vacation worthy of Arabian royalty, reserve one of 10 magnificent Villas, each singularly designed and decorated in themed Oriental architecture, and each accoutered with an exotic garden, heated swimming pool, personal butler and buggy service throughout the property.

Amazing hotel with amazing restaurants. All the outlets were busy even during Ramadan. The food was amazing, especially in La cour des Lions where you can find great Moroccan food and international classics. The service top notch. You should definitely try it

Spent an amazing day with my family. We opted for the day pass offer. Great welcoming with a cold homemade infusion on the house, followed by a great choice of a menu. Service was sharp and professional. Special mention for Mehdi and all the team

Make sure you stay at the palace not es Saadi as that hotel on grounds but very dated. Palace was amazing. Staff were super and a real service ethos. Grounds room housekeeping were one of the best we ever experienced. Book spa ahead as it will be booked out. We moved to the palace during our stay. It transformed our holiday. Highly recommend the palace

Excellent hotel. Pool and facilities second to none. Staff very friendly and room spotless thanks to Hyat. Air con could be cooler but not an issue. The restaurants have a great variety from traditional Moroccan to international especially Italian.

After spending a few days in the Medina, we opted to end our trip at a resort. This was unfortunately a bitter way to end our otherwise amazing trip. While the property is nice, although very outdated (see other comments), the staff were rude and very condescending. The staff were more concerned about talking amongst themselves than helping at breakfast, offering drinks at the pool, or assisting during the checkin process. In addition, we arranged for luggage pickup and the hotel car to drop us off the morning of check out (paid) however, nothing was ready and we ended up reminding the front desk staff of this arrangement resulting in a delay of departure. Our wifi was also turned off the morning of check out despite us still being in the room. The staff did not exude the hospitality we experienced in the Riads a few days before and definitely not representative of the culture in Marrakech. Would be better at the Sofitel next door - please avoid.
