Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

A wonderful stay at Four Seasons Marrakech. Beautiful resort with amazing staff who looked after us brilliantly. Great range of trips and experiences offered to allow you to explore Marrakech and the surrounding area - would highly recommend the dawn hot-air balloon experience which was superb. Restaurants were excellent with especial thanks going to Nassima at the Inara restaurant who made all our meals super special and great fun. Pools and room facilities were excellent. A perfect four night stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful place, impeccable, lovely staff and very helpful ,excellent quality food, we absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend! The heated pool and jacuzzi were our 4 year old favorite! We absolutely loved Marrakesh and so we are planning on returning soon

I had the most disrespectful service me and my friends First when we arrived no hello at the valet And they didn’t open the door. When we arrived to the restaurant the staff were not knowledgeable about the cuisine and what type of restaurant it was they had to ask another colleague. I talked to Yousef the manager in charge at the reception and he dealt with us very poorly After complaining about the staff at the bar they were very rude. They were rude and obnoxious and after me asking about the name of the staff yousef and meriemere was like get it from the tag , who talks like this in the four seasons ? Why are they being rude is it because I’m arab. ? Meriemre the manager of the bar was very rude , one of her staff called Younes or yousef asked me where I was from and I didn’t feel comfortable and they didn’t respect my privacy , later when I answered he kept asking more questions invading my privacy And being more rude , and they started laughing in the corner and looking us. I never felt disrespected and humiliated, worst hotel in Marrakech with rude staff

I haven't written a review in a long time but I couldn't not for this hotel. We travelled over Christmas as a family, and it was absolutely perfect - it's everything you would expect of a four seasons (great facilities, location, pool, food, so clean). But really, what sets this hotel apart is the staff. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work at the hotel. Every single member of staff was so thoughtful and friendly to us, and so patient with my often loud children. From the security that greets you when you enter the gates, the cleaners, night service team, room service team, waiters, kids club staff (big shout out to Hind!), the life guards, chefs, and the reception team... Just wow. Without even asking they help you do things you wouldn't think to ask. And all of this is clearly thanks to the management team who are so on top of it all and so kind themselves. Biggest shout out to Jiji who my daughter was understandably obsessed with! Thank you so much to the four seasons for making my family so welcome and hosting a wonderful Christmas. We've stayed in many hotels all over the world, including other four seasons, and none of them stand out for service the way you did.

We stayed in late October with our teenage daughter and it was a really nice easy holiday. The hotel is closely situated near the airport so was quick to get to, but no noise from it. Food was great in all of the restaurants and room service drinks were reasonably quick. We were well looked after by all the staff. Would return.
