Good location with some nice rooms. Very poor Service in the whole Hotel. Badly organized.

We are frequentiert guests in this Hotel. Our last stay has been in November 2024. Due to plenty of stays we can judge this Hotel very well. This stay took place in March 2025. CHECK-IN: It was done by a young Lady who has had plenty of problems to do this procedure in a correct way. Of course she didn't recognized that we are frequent guests in the Hotel. Finally we got an Upgrade to a room on the first Floor facing the Swimming Pool. She didn't want to print the bill although I have paid the bill for the whole stay to her. Room 107: Opposite to the Hotel Category here we got 2-layers Toiletpaper. Coffee Capsulas or Teabags mostly were not presented. After 4 days we have asked the Receptionist about it. Then it has worked. The turn down Service for the bed was done one time out of 7 days. One washbasin wasn't cleaned for three days The floor in the room was cleaned wet and not dried afterwards. The consequence was that we have seen many dirty spots from walking inside the room. Amenities were not brought daily. Some of it we received after 5 days. The curtains in the room were not closing properly. They are not opaquely. There was always a big gap with the consequence to wake up early because the light has woked us up very early. The bath mats in front of the Bathtub, Toilet, Bed were folded like an accordion. So I have asked at the reception to do it in a normal way (unfolded) like in each other Hotel. The answer was surprising: We do it always like that... She has ignored my wish not to need to bend over each day. BREAKFAST IN RESTAURANT FOUQUET'S: Here are some stories for Entertainment: One day one waiter was standing behind a big lectern (desk?) so that I couldn't see him because he was standing behind me. He spoke to me in French ( I only speak ENGLISH) with low voice. I haven't noticed that he spoke to me to take my order... Another day we sat down at a table without any table cloth ( mats/sets) and without cutlery. A young Lady (age about mid of twenty) wearing a black suit appeared. Then she started to put those necessary things on the table. So I have reminded her that we need it for two guests. She was unable to understand me because she only spoke French. I have tried to tell her that it makes sense to put the table cloth on the tables before arrival of guests. She has told me that she is only able to speak French and unable to speak and understand English! This is not a single case. Several of the staff ( Servers) are unable to speak and understand English in this 5 Star Hotel!! One day I have ordered American Coffee with cold milk. The Coffee was served the milk wasn't served. So I have reminded him to bring me my Coffee. Then he wanted to take away my Coffee although he just has brought it to me. Especially the Lady wearing the black suit was looking at us several days without greeting in the morning. The same situation has happened with a man wearing a beige suit, brown shoes and black glasses. Also he was unable to greet the guests. Staff started cleaning the tables while they were sitting at the table. Why can't this be done before the guests arrive? After 7 days it was the first day that we have seen that all tables got table cloth/mats and cutlery before arrival of guests. Outside (!) were tables were guests could ask for getting an Omelett, Eggs, warm meals or Pancakes. But mostly there was no cook. Because of that we have asked a waiter and he has promised to serve us a Pancake. Although there were only a few guests in the Hotel the Pancake wasn't served after 30 minutes because of it was forgotten! In general the Service is more than poor. CONCIERGE: Mostly they were invisible. When we needed their help it was done in an unfriendly way. ELEVATOR: One evening the very old Elevator was out of order. With help of staff we could open a door to walk upstairs. KEYCARDS :After 3 days both Keycards were not working anymore. We got new keycards. RECEPTION The first day we wanted to exchange banknotes into smaller banknotes. We got informed that it cannot be done the same day but we should return the next morning. The next morning we have returned and again they have rejected it. I have informed them that I have had a talk with a female Manager the evening before. She has informed me that it can be done daily at once. Then it was done but not in small banknotes. I have rejected it again and then the staff again went away and finally I got it. The day of our departure I have ordered a Taxi at 08:30 a.m. for the time of 09:15 a.m. But no Porter has appeared so we needed to carry down our suitcases by our own. There was no sorry. While CHECK-OUT there was no wish to return there was no question for our satisfaction. FEMALE MANAGER: The talk was interesting. She was shocked about our experiences. But nothing has changed!

High end luxurious hotel

Fantastic hotel with all the luxury you expect from a high-rate hotel. Near the centre and the old town and public square. The room was large. The bathroom was imperial and the bath was deep for a pleasing soak. However, the climate control switch was stuck at 22 centigrade and I think it was deliberate on the assumption it was winter in Marrakesh although the daily temperature was above 30 centigrade

Great hotel with kids club!

Kids club was great - especially with Nezha - who truly cared for and found joy in doing activities with and watching over the children. Really nice, comfortable rooms and beautiful property. Great location. Meal services were often inaccurate and slow, but overall a great hotel.

Lovely hotel. Modern with a bit of tradition. Staff are incredibly friendly. A great place for families or couples. Good location in between the medina (a 5 minute walk) and the new town. The street behind has good restaurants (like kabana and maison reine). The breakfast is great as is the pool. We stayed in two junior suites and they are really nice rooms.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing place, amazing facilities, amazingly kids friendly, ... amazing holidays!!! We were welcomed by the staff that is so smiley and nice, always helpful, the food is great, the breakfast is delicious, .. we will come back for sure each time!!!
