The Oberoi, Marrakech

This hotel is beyond compare and if i could give it ten stars i would, i have been fortunate enough to stay at most luxury groups Four Seasons, One and only. Oetker collection, Mandarin etc etc but this hotel has it all. Every staff member is helpful beyond compare (they must get them from another planet!) the grounds are stunning and it feels as you wander around as if you have the resort to yourself, to sum up you would be NUTS not to stay here if you came to Marrakesh! I do not often leave reviews but this just has to be told.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is amazing, as well for families as for couples. The property is so beautiful with traditional Moroccan charm and the olive trees, the accommodations are very spacious, the staff is very friendly, the spa and gym are stunning. The added-value experience are all the activities offered at the hotel, such as the cooking classes, kids club, tennis court, vegetable garde, the donkeys with the calèche tour, and all the other experiences. I will for sure recommend the Oberoi Marrakech to my clients.

My husband and I stayed at the Oberoi Marrakech in mid October... it was without a doubt, the most exquisite hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are so warm and helpful, the grounds are phenomenal, and the hotel itself is like something out of an amazing James Bond movie. Our room was sumptuous, and the food at all of the restaurants was amazing. We had great advice and help from the concierge for booking a guide for the Medina, and also the Atlas Mountains, both easily accessible from the Oberoi. We have travelled the world and stayed at so many "leading hotels of the world" but I have to stay that the Oberoi, and also Marrakech itself... exceeded all of our expectations. We cannot wait to return with our grown children. We were concerned before we went that it wouldn't be a friendly place for our 20-30 year old daughters, but it is a multi-cultural country that is warm and welcoming to all cultures. What a gem!!

We stayed at The Oberoi as part of a double honeymoon and birthday trip to Marrakech and it was a truly wonderful experience. Upon arrival at The Oberoi the frontage is deceptive, but what lies beyond is beyond impressive. We were greeted with warm smiles and mint tea before being guided to our room, walking through the main courtyard which is an architectural masterpiece and then along the stunning garden pool to our villa. The villa was large, as was the outdoor patio and the private pool, and the room was well equipped with plenty of seating and dining space. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable, and there was also the opportunity to request a variety of alternative pillows if desired. We ventured to the spa which has a lovely relaxation and indoor pool area, and also used the main outdoor pool which had plenty of beds available. We dined at both onsite restaurants and the food was plentiful and delicious, with brilliant service and a personal approach from staff throughout. The hotel itself is a truly stunning location, and the hospitality and service provided during our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We had fabulous service from every single member of the team, but the stand out colleagues were Adam, Imad, Ihsane, Hamza, Khalid and Mandouh. Thank you to the whole team at The Oberoi Marrakech for making our stay so memorable, we can’t wait to come back!

I have been blessed to stay at amazing hotels all over the world. I have never been more impressed with the Oberoi Marrakech. From the moment I checked in everything was perfect. I mean EVERYTHING! The property is beyond beautiful. Stunning. Some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated and special. I watched them do that to everyone. It wasn’t just me. When I was checking out, I jokingly told Mr Mamdouh Milad that the Oberoi Marrakech ruined me.
