A great stay. Staff very attentive, great location inside the Medina and good local food and quality rooms. Used the spa and would recommend and the roof terrace for breakfast. I great place to stay and explore Marrakech as we used their recommended guide for the walking tour and a trip to the Atlas Mountains.

One of the most luxurious stays i’ve experienced. Exceptional good service from all staff. Very friendly and good communication with the receptionists and breakfast staff. The athmosphere was calm and relaxing. The Hamman experience from the Riad is definitely recommended. Will recommend all family and friends to book this place while in Marrakech.

This large riad is a haven of tranquility and luxury away what can be a chaotic day touring Marrakesh. The staff are kind, attentive and accommodating to all your needs here. Nothing is too much trouble and they helped us with anything at all we requested. The communal areas are cool/ calming and beautifully furnished. The Riad has a lovely Hamman/ massage room and pool we used twice. It was perfect. The rooms are very comfortable and the aircon works well! The beds are lovely and it’s very peaceful at night. We slept amazingly well here for all 5 nights. The breakfast on the roof terrace is very relaxed and plentiful of breads/ cereal/ eggs/ juices. The terrace is spacious and throughout the Riad you can always find your own quiet place. The “banquet” meal is massive and as good a Moroccan feast as we had during our entire trip. They will also service smaller meals too and fit in with whatever you need - just ask! Next door is the sister restaurant is very worth a visit too. Highly recommend that. We walked to every part of the walled city from here with ease and no hassle. The people of this city were all welcoming and there was no need to get on buses/ taxis to explore from this hotel. Well done to all at Road Kniza - a great team effort.

It is my sincere pleasure to recommend Riad Kniza Marrakech. It is a beautiful property with a long and rich history, located within walking distance of the markets and the big square. The property has lovely fountains, courtyards, an indoor pool and lovely rooms with super tall ceilings and beautiful furnishings. It's very clean and decorated in traditional Moroccan wood carving, beautiful tile work and light fixtures. They included nice soap, shampoo and body lotion and greeted us with a generous fruit basket. The hotel offers massage and body scrub services. I enjoyed my 1 hour massage by Nanjet! The food is not only delicious but plentiful (almost too much!). My husband and I enjoyed breakfast both on the rooftop terrace and in our room. Breakfast consisted of fresh yogurt and orange juice, coffee, tea, eggs, cereal, pancakes, and assorted fresh breads. They also have a delicious fixed menu dinner that you can enjoy in one of several romantic settings. Dinners were always tasty, generous, made with fresh healthy ingredients and cooked with love. The thing that makes Riad Kniza Marrakech the most special, is their incredible staff. Everybody was so kind, friendly, accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our needs and wishes were met. I would like to take a moment to give special recognition to several of the staff that we had the pleasure to meet including Salma, Lamia, Fatima, Abdel, Hassan O, Fehd, Hichen, Hassan and all the other unsung hardworking heroes that were out there every morning making sure the floors and the steps were immaculately clean and the chef and kitchen staff that we never saw, but who nourished us with their tasty cuisine. Staying at Riad Kniza was one of the highlights of our trip and I could not recommend it any higher!

We have visited Marrakech in the first week of September, and being the first time in Morocco, we were a bit apprehensive about what our experience would be. It ended up being awesome, not only because of Marrakech charms but also because of Riad Kniza hospitality. Arriving at the airport, we had a driver waiting for us as we requested to the Riad Kniza. The driver left us in the Medina, about 50 meters away from the Riad. Waiting for us was a member of the Riad Kniza staff, which then led us from where we were dropped off to the Riad. Arriving at the Riad itself, the calmness contrasted strongly with the chaotic Medina noises. We were warmly welcomed with Mint tea and Moroccan pastries, after which we were shown the Riad whereabouts, including the restaurant room, the swimming pool, the rooftop and the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, and served at the beautiful rooftop. The Riad has also a restaurant, which was truly great at introducing us to Moroccan food. The owner of the Riad, Mr Mohamed, gave us a private tour of his family beautiful museum where we had the opportunity to learn more about Morocco and it's culture than in any other visiting site we have been. At the end, we left Morocco with our hearts full, not only by having a blast in Marrakech Souks, colours, aromas, rooftops and historical buildings, but also due to the great time we had in Riad Kniza, not forgetting to highlight the warming hospitality and care of all the staff.

We visited Marrakesh in September and stayed at the Riad Kniza, a recently renovated boutique hotel in the Medina with gorgeous examples of Moroccan architecture. Our two-story suite was furnished with exquisite antiques and beautiful Moroccan rugs. The staff at this family-owned and run establishment was attentive and caring. Our stay was characterized by an attention to detail that made our first visit to Morocco a memorable one and assured a return visit.

The Medina of Marrakesh is possibly the most alive place I have ever been (New York is a quiet garden compared to it). But the Riad Kniza and the great family that regents it is a wonderful oasis of peace, kindness and Moroccan style luxury. Their vocation to service was incredible! Go there, enjoy the red city and relax. I will come back.

Riad Kniza is a truly beautiful place in a fascinating city. The wonderful, personal service is second to none. The best stay we've ever had in Marrakech, and we've been many times. Absolutely first class in every sense.
