Riad Kniza is beautiful! But it lacked finesse.

We took the biggest suite ,which surely was luxurious but lacked small comfort details. There were no bedroom slippers,bathroom amenities like toothbrush,buds cotton pads e.t.c were missing. There was no Tea and coffee in the room. Both televisions were not working. These are the basics expected which were missing in the room comfort.

Amazing riad, wonderful staff, great location. We had a junior suite which was perfect. The riad gave us great recommendations for 2 trips and restaurants. Would recommend. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a real treat. All the staff were very friendly and the service was relaxed but super attentive.

One of the best travel experiences we’ve ever enjoyed. Exceptional in every way. The property is beautiful, the private and public spaces are exceptional and the people who work there take care of you 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. Both breakfast and the evening meal were fantastic, with superb ingredients used and the best of local cuisine showcased. As well as providing the perfect stay, the team arranged transport to the airport on arrival and departure as well as a tour guide who put together a full day tour of Marrakesh for us. The whole experience was flawless and we would definitely stay again.

True Morocco experience, outstanding service, fantastic location. Highly recommend staying here. Restaurant quite good, and the rooms are ornate and traditional. Close by to the market for shopping and 10-15 min walk to the YSL garden and other landmarks.
