The only place we go to In Mexico!!
I have stayed here many times with family and as always the service by everyone is impeccable!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Extremely friendly, accommodating and so kind!!! The grounds are clean, beautiful, quiet and the resort is the best in Mazatlan!!! Although there is just too many names to remember the ones I remember were the swim up bar Rooster and Giovanni… wonderful bartenders! But EVERYONE that works here is TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!!! BRAVO Pablo Bonito at Emerald Bay.. BRAVO!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

The service was great, but not a 5 Star.
The room was too large for 2 people. Needed some heat in the morning, heat was not available in our room. There were not 5 restaurants. There was 2 decent restaurants, and 3 pool side food restaurants. The grounds was fabulous, and the service poolside and restaurants was excellent. There was one buffet restaurant which had excellent Mexican food. The second restaurant had good food, but limited choices. The all inclusive does not include any great seafood.

Have spent the last week at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay enjoying sun at the adult pool! Jose and Angel were wonderful and treated us to a wonderful experience! They were attentive and were always asking if we wanted food or drink Can't wait to come back and see them both!

Always a 5 star visit
We have been vacationing here for years. Always wonderful. A special shout out this trip to Fernando in Reception. Such a helpful, pleasant young man. All staff here is professional and so accommodating, but something about Fernando just stood out. A big thank you to him for his extra help.

Total relaxation
This is the perfect get away for total Relaxation! The spa is amazing. We relaxed at the adult pool during our days and Jose and Angel took care of our every need. They were so nice! The food was good and plentiful and the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I am already looking forward to coming back again.
