I cannot recommend this resort enough. The staff are extremely thoughtful, friendly and helpful. The property is breathtaking and the entire experience is a dream come true! There are many fun and unique experiences offered including a wine tasting which is 100% worth your time! The service is some of, if not, the best I’ve ever experienced and I cannot wait to plan my next trip to Primland.

Beautiful room, amazing food, fun activities, and gorgeous lodge! It was the perfect spot for my fiancé's 30th birthday weekend. We had a wonderful time and loved horse back riding and going to the observatory. The food at Leatherflower was out of this world delicious.

We visited Primland in January, and the property was absolutely beautiful. While this resort has a lot of potential, there is still a lot of opportunity to improve and work that needs to be done to be worth the price and to truly feel like a 5-star resort. I am hopeful that in a few years this resort can get where it needs to be and would be open to re-experiencing it at that time. However, until then we will not be returning.

Lovely resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Special and thoughtful service. Outstanding wine tasting. Plenty of outdoor options for those who want to be active. Lovely spa for those who want to be pampered. Nice weekend d get away for adult time or families. Treat yourself. You’ll be glad you did.

Primland Resort in Virginia is very nice, although pricey. Beautiful rooms and various activities for families. My only complaint is that their Saloon Restaurant is NOT handicapped accessible. This created a dangerous and inconvenient situation since this is where my family was eating. I’m not sure where this discrimination falls under the law. I do know this is extremely inconsiderate of guests. I would not stay there again for this reason.
