Luxurious and well appointed rooms with a divine breakfast buffet! The beds are amazing and had really good sleep. Only thing amiss is the tub cleanliness, i had to call housekeeping to clean it again and had to wait around 20 minutes. They did offer coffee / drink while I waited The breakfast buffet has a great selection and i was spoilt for choice. One thing that felt out of place was you could only get 1 cup of coffee in a buffet? Not knowing this, i asked for a 2nd cup of flat white and was met with an awkward sorry well have to charge you for that

I had an amazing stay at Crown Towers Melbourne, which is always my first choice whenever I visit the city. The location is simply unbeatable—situated right in the heart of Melbourne, you’re surrounded by some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Whether you’re looking for fine dining, a casual meal along the Yarra River, or a quick bite at Crown’s many restaurants, everything is just steps away. Public transport is easily accessible, and you’re within walking distance of Melbourne’s famous landmarks and attractions, making it the perfect base for both business and leisure travellers. I stayed in the Premier King Suite, and it was nothing short of luxurious. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom was stunning, featuring a deep soaking tub, a separate rain shower, and premium toiletries, adding to the overall indulgence of the stay. From the impeccable service to the world-class facilities, Crown Towers Melbourne never disappoints. Whether you’re enjoying the hotel’s indoor pool, spa, or fitness center, every aspect of the stay feels premium and well thought out. Overall, my experience at Crown Towers Melbourne was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return. If you're looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, this hotel is the place to stay in Melbourne!

We absolutely LOVE Crown Towers and Crystal Club Melbourne, Australia. It is where we relax, celebrate and spend quality time together. So many memories are created at this magnificent hotel. You can’t get the full experience of Crown Towers unless you add crystal club. We would like to thank Hanna Choi, Matthew Du, Cham, Son, Jess and recently Gee Gee for their outstanding and professional service! These staff always are friendly and make us feel like home. Thank you Crown Towers for all your efforts.

I have stayed at this hotel 20+ times over the years and could never fault the place apart from all the small cutbacks until this stay. Booked for two nights. The first room the air conditioning rattled so we turned it down and it went away but then started again in the middle of the night. Terrible sleep at this 5 star hotel Second room. Level 28 The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. hotel staff at the front desk told me that it is a no smoking hotel. But after talking to people in the mahogany room.( high rollers room.) I was told that this floor used to be a smoking floor pre-Covid. The hotel management need to come up with the funds to remove the carpet sand The walls repaint refurbish this floor it’s an absolute disgrace to a non-smoker. After explaining my frustration to the duty manager, they changed our room for a third time within 25 hours. To a studio room, both the other rooms had Coca-Cola products in the fridge. This one had Pepsi more cutbacks. Then we attended to go to the pool at 7:30 pm as the pool has always been open until 10 pm. 8 pm onwards adults only. Who in their right mind would shut a pool at 7pm… and not tell you this information upon check-in. crown towers would. Then we get told its untill the 27/1 thats when school goes back. I would give them a 0 star rating if i could, this place is for the bin now.

From the moment you walk in to the lobby you feel like you have wrongly landed in Las Vegas rather than Melbourne. The rooms are efficient, but nothing extraordinary. Some views of the Melbourne skyline are great. The breakfast buffet is very rich and the gym is fully equipped and a great addition for business travelers.
