Crown Towers Melbourne

Our stay at Crown Towers started off well, but that quickly changed when we checked into our room. As soon as we entered the bathroom, we were greeted by a large ball of hair in the shower—an unexpected sight for a supposedly 5-star hotel. It was clear that housekeeping had rushed through the job, doing little more than making the beds and restocking essentials without proper cleaning. When we raised the issue, we were offered a room change or a housekeeping visit. We chose the latter, but after 30 minutes of waiting, no one showed up, and we had to leave. It felt like these oversights were just “business as usual.” Fortunately, the bathroom was cleaned by the time we returned. The service issues didn’t stop there. Our luggage, which we had dropped off at the bell desk six hours earlier, was still not in our room upon arrival as promised. While not a big deal, it added to the growing impression that guest experience was not a priority. The room’s tablet system also had errors—our welcome message was addressed to a different guest, and some service options, including spa bookings, resulted in error messages. Despite the hotel’s great location, good amenities, and comfortable rooms, the attention to detail and service quality fell far short of expectations. I’ve had cleaner rooms and better hospitality at 3-star hotels. Crown Towers may look the part of a luxury hotel, but the experience left much to be desired.

We have been visiting here for over 20 years. In recent years the experience has changed greatly. I feel the rooms are ‘beaten up’ the staff while are still amazing are overstretched due to cost cutting. The combination of theses make the experience sadly diminished from the glory that once was this hotel - shame

Great views and outstanding service, very classy hotel which provides luxury for a special occasion. Many restaurants to choose from in the complex. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is large and spacious bath and separate shower .A walk in closet providing slippers ,dressing gowns. Large pool and gym also a steam room. Highly recommended for a luxury escape.

Luxurious and well appointed rooms with a divine breakfast buffet! The beds are amazing and had really good sleep. Only thing amiss is the tub cleanliness, i had to call housekeeping to clean it again and had to wait around 20 minutes. They did offer coffee / drink while I waited The breakfast buffet has a great selection and i was spoilt for choice. One thing that felt out of place was you could only get 1 cup of coffee in a buffet? Not knowing this, i asked for a 2nd cup of flat white and was met with an awkward sorry well have to charge you for that

I stayed in the Premier King Suite, and it was nothing short of luxurious. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom was stunning, featuring a deep soaking tub, a separate rain shower, and premium toiletries, adding to the overall indulgence of the stay. From the impeccable service to the world-class facilities, Crown Towers Melbourne never disappoints. Whether you’re enjoying the hotel’s indoor pool, spa, or fitness center, every aspect of the stay feels premium and well thought out. Overall, my experience at Crown Towers Melbourne was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return.
