Must do! Best ever experience!
Incredible service from all members of staff from checkin to cleaning and restaurant. Room was amazing with a huge deluxe bath. Breakfast was the absolute best we’ve ever experienced. We will return and take more friends and family to enjoy this magnificence!!

Wonderful hotel to stay at in Melbourne
Wonderfully charming and elegant hotel. It is located near shops, concert / sporting venues, range of restaurants, art galleries, and churches. Also great Gym, Pool, and the breakfast is amazing. We also found the staff professional and room service just delicious,

An authentic 5-star hotel in the best part of Melbourne
The Grand Hyatt Melbourne feels like a traditional 5-star hotel in every way, from the moment you book until the moment you leave. The staff are all efficient, friendly and professional. Everything in the room is in perfect condition with no signs of wear and tear, the beds are comfortable for a terrific night's sleep. There is also no better location for a hotel in Melbourne, this is the nicest part of the city with amazing shopping, dining, bars and transport, overlooking the Yarra River, the MCG and beautiful old churches. I wouldn't bother booking anywhere else.

Not up to Hyatt standard
We are staying here at the moment for 2 nights celebrating our anniversary. Very disappointed compared to our other stays at Hyatt Centric Melbourne. No welcome recognition of Hyatt membership. Centric always provide a warm welcome with chocolates and bottle of wine in our room. Centric always offer late check out. Didn’t receive anything here. No soap in our room. Had to call housekeeping to request it. Would have expected men’s shaving amenities. Ordinary bottled water. Next time we will choose Park Hyatt or Hyatt Centric.

Worse hotel stay.
Stayed in the $500/ night king suit with hot spa tub. The bathroom was terrible/ cracked toilet/ cracked washbasin, tiles were cracked, corner of the tiles were very dirty. Mould under the barfridge. King bed was 2 single bed put together under a king matress which was very uncomfortable. Worse hotel room I’ve had for $500/ night. Breakfast buffet was very ordinary, in fact it would have been better to go out for breakfast.
