Exceptional stay
Very nice hotel, location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. From the time we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by the bell staff, our room was ready earlier than expected, check in was seamless. The gym was extremely well equipped as well, and we enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for 1 night, riverview room. Highly recommended. Pros: Excellent location ('Paris' end of Collins). Helpful, unpretentious staff. Dedicated porters and drive in drop off handy. Flexible booking. We were able to downgrade our room in order to check in early. Great facilities and design. Comfortable bed, beautiful views. Spacious bathroom. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Cons: Inside of rooms a bit dated or in need of TLC in the corners. Will visit again.

Best hotel and buffet breakfast in Melbourne
We have just had another amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt. It is definitely the best hotel in Melbourne and the buffet breakfast can’t be beat. The central location is perfect for being able to walk around the city, or get on a tram to explore further out. The staff provided amazing service, always warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. We choose rooms with river view which overlooks the Yarra, MCG, Rod Laver and Melbourne Park. We highly recommend having a chat with Jimmy he is extremely knowledgeable and always brings a smile to everyone’s face We can’t wait to come back for our next visit.

Great couples retreat
Lovely staff who were able to accomodate our needs from the start. Clean functional rooms with a great view of the city. Very close to food and shopping in the city Good clean and functional amenity’s, pool, Gym etc Will definitely be staying again when we next travel through Melbourne

The Best Hotel in Melbourne
We have just enjoyed another beautiful stay at the Grand Hyatt. We stayed 6 nights using the Club Hyatt package and everything thing about it was magnificent. The Grand Hyatt in Melbourne is hands down the best hotel in Melbourne and we would never stay anywhere else. The Club Hyatt package is a wonderful experience and you are looked after by attentive, friendly and caring staff and the quality of the food and drinks are outstanding. Do yourself a huge favor and make a booking and spoil yourself for a few nights at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne.
