The hotel is in a great location as it's an easy walk to many places of interest and not far from the free tram zone. I received excellent recognition as a Titanium Discovery Member: an early check in, a very generous accommodation upgrade and an offer of a 6PM check out. All staff members, throughout the premises, are friendly, helpful and efficient. The sizeable, comfortably furnished club lounge has a good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast in the restaurant includes a choice of items to suit all tastes. The Panoramic Suite is of considerable size and very well furnished, with a walk in robe, separate toilet and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. They now also have eco-friendly toiletry dispensers. The full length windows, with blackout blinds, offer magnificent views of the Yarra, the city skyline and beyond. All things considered this hotel is terrific value for money.

Excellent service team with 5-star service standard here. We stayed in this hotel for Christmas and special celebration, the hotel sent msg to us with fast response also told us what’s special for Christmas there which is a plus. During our check in , the hotel staff team are very friendly and helpful from the valet parking staff, reception and even concierge. They have prepared a list on their own to list out the attractions and restaurants in city area were open during Christmas holidays which very useful, they were more happy to offer help on planning of visit. We stayed in club room offered beautiful yarra river view and the room was spacious and clean. The executive lounge offered great view and cozy environment,we enjoyed the time there. The hotel’s location is perfect and convenient especially on Boxing Day shopping, DFO is just next door. Just one thing bothered us, the room key was not working for room door for three days and we needed to replace it at the reception

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my family, and while the overall experience began positively, it took a turn due to one staff member's behavior. Pros: - The room was nice and clean. - Staff were generally welcoming and helpful. - Daily greetings with smiles made us feel valued. Cons: - My troubles started with the 24-hour car park service. After purchasing the parking, I faced issues with the QR code not working. Despite the day shift staff being supportive and providing a backup physical single exit ticket, the night shift experience was drastically different. - The Night Shift Manager, Anurag, was dismissive and unhelpful when I sought assistance. After demonstrating the repeated QR code issue (yes, i even took a video on the entry and exit trying the QR code) and requesting another physical ticket, he kind of accused me of lying about it and claimed they never had such a ticket! This left me feeling frustrated, especially on Christmas Eve. - Anurag then asked me to go with him to test the ticket at the gate of the carpark. After failing to use the QR code himself, he stated that it was the car park’s problem and that the hotel had nothing to do with it. He offered a refund, but I explained that I didn’t want a refund; I just needed the parking service the hotel had promised. Instead of being understanding, he accused me of not listening to him. Conclusion: While I appreciated the initial hospitality, the inconsistency in service and the negative interaction with the night shift manager significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences. Additionally, the parking system should be improved.

Beautifully appointed rooms, helpful staff in a tranquil environment. We had a lovely buffet breakfast & later canopes in a relaxed lounge atmosphere. Close to public transport to the city centre and next to the convention area & DFO. Very quiet rooms with a great outlook over the docklands & city waterways. Comfortable beds with a full sized bath and separate shower. Highly recommended!

Generally a good experience with a major housekeeping problem. the counter staff and service one services were good. we had no problems with any of our requests. but every time we came back to the hotel the tables were very dusty. so we would tell the staff to get the housekeeping to wipe it. but the housekeeping team never did. it is as if they were blind to see that surfaces were dusty. From the pictures below, you can see the amount of dust that was accumulated for 8 days. if you are a housekeeper coming to a room and seeing this and not cleaning it, i think Pan Pacific should really consider changing your house keeping team. Or rather, give them basic training on how to clean. When we feedback this to Fathema with the pictures, she took immediate action on Day 9. They complimented us with free fruits and drinks and saw to the issue to make sure the room was cleaned well. We thank Fathema for seeing to this issue however the cleaniness of our room came abit too late towards the last lag of our stay. You are Pan Pacific and whoever is in charge of the house keeping team has to take responsibility for the housekeeping team's lack of responsibility and proactiveness to upload the reputation of Pan Pacific. for Singaporean families, while this hotel is convenient, to park and to shop, if the cleaniness of the rooms remains like this, you have to report it to the staff or take a cheaper option in CBD for a better and cleaner stay. We also would like to thank Ms Bora. Ms Bora went out of her way to help our child fix her robot toy and she displayed the attributes of what Pan Pacific holds. For that, we thank Ms Bora for your proactiveness and Ms fathema for her immediate response after seeing the dire state of our room.
