The staff are professional, attentive and accomodating. I cannot reiterate the level of hospitality that was serviced during my stay was phenomenal and would love to visit again just to experience the same level of hospitality. All our requests were met with smile and understanding.

We visited in February with the family. The hotel is modern, very conveniently located in the CBD, but away from the congested ( traffic and tourist) zones. Service is good and breakfast is plentiful. Would surely consider for a future stay

Fantastic stay
Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was wonderful, with impressive amenities - sauna & gym, a clean & spacious room with a great view, delicious buffet breakfast, and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, making it a highly recommended experience.

Luxury and Location
Beautiful hotel in a brilliant location, walk or free tram to just about anything. Biggest and most well equipped hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Pool is classic and lovely big spa with plunge pool. Tennis court is nice but you probably want to avoid it in the heat of the day, the sun reflecting off the building onto it is intense. Probably why it’s a tennis court rather than a garden/bar up there. The club access lounge was a game changer for us, we seriously spent no money on food or drinks our entire stay. The staff there were so friendly and welcoming, particularly John and Hannah on the Sunday evening shift. Had a slight bit of frustration with noise from other guests, the noise proofing isn’t great. Someone was having a party nearby til at least midnight, and the room above us sounded like they had stilettos on a wood floor clomping about at 1130pm. Probably just unlucky that one night though. Overall an extremely pleasant stay, will return.

Wonderful place to stay and great breakfast buffet!
Delightfully presented and comfortable rooms, and really lovely, dietary-accommodating and delicious food options in the breakfast buffet! Staff remain polite, friendly yet professional, and very open to assisting, helping me from the booking to the checkout! For a luxury experience, you cannot go wrong!
