Very enjoyable and staff were awesome - a lot better than we expected with the room spacious and very clean All the staff were helpful and made us very welcome particularly housekeeping. Breakfast omelette is highly recommended.. Definitely will be back.

Birthday celebrations stay
Service was exceptional, very large room in the king suite. Bed and linen were very comfortable and extremely clean. All staff were very helpful and made the stay very blissful. The quality of in room complimentary products were very high including bath salts, soaps, tea, coffee were very high. A great stay for my 30th birthday.

A Wonderful and faultless experience.
This is an amazing hotel which I can’t fault. We stayed in a terrace suite (amazing) for three nights and every aspect of this hotel from the room to comfort, staff, service and food is outstanding. Can’t recommend more highly and we will return. Well done and thanks to all the team here.

Redefining five-star
My friends and I were lucky to enjoy another incredible stay at the Park Hyatt over NYE. Every aspect of our experience was an utmost delight. Superlatives are not enough to describe this hotel and the service provided by the staff. It is worth every cent, and we'll never stay anywhere else in Melbourne.

Dated hotel but great location
A bit dated, but good walking location in the CBD. Parking is expensive but cheap parking available within 10 mins walking ( Parkade for $35 a day) Would consider coming again for short visits (approx $400 per night for a twin room) Staff are average but still okay
