Park Hyatt Melbourne

This place is not just accommodating but also full of warm, kind people who ensure your stay is memorable. I loved being here and would happily return! The pillows and the bed were so comfortable! Great location! You have go visit Mr Walker during one of his shifts (the white Labrador canine ambassador)

This is a typical Park Hyatt, wonderful service, comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a very large number of selections. Made to order french toast was especially delicious. Hotel is quiet at night, especially considering it's central location. Lots of great restaurants very close. Museums are also close.

Loved the Park Hyatt Melbourne. The location was convenient. It was a closer walk than anticipated to all of our itinerary destinations, even using an assistance cane. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The gluten free croissants were crunchy and delicious. The lobby is luxe and eye candy. If we had any complaints, it would be slightly slow elevators and the restaurant is not at all accessible. I had to take one step at a time, in fears of sliding down. I've never seen so many steps in a restaurant.. Once in, however, it was wonderful. That said, I would stay there again, without hesitation.

All the staff were welcoming - Melbourne is one of the friendliest cities I have ever visited! The hotel is in a great location and all the facilities were of a high standard. Unfortunately I didn't have chance to use my spa bath but it was appreciated. The only thing, please supply a non-slip mat for the shower. I slipped.

The hotel is located 5min from Collin street and other busy area. As such, it is convenient but without the hustle and bustle. The rooms are well kept and have Jacuzzis bath within the deluxe rooms. Please get an upgrade for that. The staff and concierge are very helpful to make your trip enjoyable.
