Reviews for The Guest House at Graceland

Always a Great place to stay and friendly staff

The Guesthouse is always a wonderful experience. We have been here 3 times now and we always love it. The pillows aren't too soft, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are really large. Nice and clean hotel all over. Friendly staff. We had a lot of luggage and when we came in with it one of the ladies at Concierge stopped us and loaded everything up on a cart and took it to our room for us. The lady in the gift shop was kind to my son. My Vernon's BBQ Sandwich at EP's Bar and Grill was just absolutely awful, but my sister's burger was good. The PB&J Bar was a fun addition to our past visits.

Not all that…

First you pay to stay there Then you pay to park there Then you pay for bottled water Then they tell you that if you go green, you get a free beverage…oops! You didn’t get up early enough, take the elevator downstairs and give them your opt-out in time. Even though you initialed housekeeping’s room list The room was big but no fridge or microwave because wait! They want you to spend more money in their cafe Nickel and dime… It WAS close to Graceland

Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful staff, professional. helpful and so nice. Clean, peaceful atmosphere. Wonderful singers play in the lobby each night. Every night they servea snack for free, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk.

A great place to stay

So many hotels have gone away from full service, daily housekeeping services, but beds were made and towels changed daily! All staff were knowledgeable and helpful. This was a bucket list trip for our mom, and everyone helped contribute to making that a memorable experience!

And thaen again about 1000 am.. This time I went the door. She ask me what time will you checkout? I said to her what is your problem? She said I dont speak english. She said you leave at 1100? I said leave us alone go away. I went the frot desk to and told them what had happed. They that the manger will be calling you and will comp my room charge. Any they are ver sorry. But of corse nothing happed. Been saving and planning this trip for 3 years. Is this the way you treat people? I bet nothing will be done after you read this. I will make point to tell my store if nothing is done. Im Mad
