Hu. Hotel

Very impressed with this hotel, visiting for Scotland, 3 nights here and a few issues with our room on arrival however the staff quickly sorted things by moving us into another room. Very comfortable bed, separate lounge area, very clean and very caring staff. My friend had a dizzy spell in the lift when a member of staff was in it and she helped us and rang later on to check my friend was ok, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, exceptional service. Great location for Beales Street and near to the Peabody Hotel (great to see the Duck Parade) I highly recommend this hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hu Hotel. The Housekeeper Manager, Ebony, was very helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. Yasmin at the bar was very nice as well. If you're looking for a nice hotel in a nice area, then this is it. We will definitely be back again.

We had a good 2 day stay, however I was incorrectly charged for parking. And now the hotel have gone silent, ignoring all my Emails. Will certainly not be staying again Its disappointing as it spoilt my experience. They just will not reply. i dont know why

Room was great with separate lounge. Location was great as it was a five min walk to Beale street. One of the best things is the roof top bar. We watched the sunset over the Mississippi river. Excellent view and vibe. Staff lovely. Would stay here again.

Second time staying here, visiting Memphis for my employer. Last time was 2 years ago. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The hotel is still in mediocre shape. My room had multiple issues that could easily remedied by a handyman, but were obviously ignored. Generally, attention to detail is where this hotel seems to lack. However the rooms are comfy, the bed is correct, the TV and internet worked fine, and the location was perfect for our needs. The new (to me) breakfast service was good, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee / tea / water available in the lobby most of the time.
