Amazing Hidden Gem on Mud Island

Wow - we have visited Memphis many times for weekend getaway and have never stayed here. What a delightful little boutique hotel located on Mud Island. We stayed in a corner room with 3 large picture windows and a view of the river. The room was perfect, nice linens, robes, quiet and large bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome drink of sherry (I think) with 2 glasses. Breakfast at Paulette’s was included and it was very good. I had the veggie omelette. The entire staff was attentive and pleasant. To sum it up - I was I’ll definitely return but this time try to get a room with double beds and not a single queen for a little more comfort.

I have been going to the River Inn of Harbor Town for a few years now. It is a quaint stay that allows you a place to relax after a hard days work while getting away from the hectic chaos of downtown. The friendly staff and free breakfast in the morning is always a plus! Would highly recommend if visiting Memphis.

This is a hidden gem and such a staple in Memphis. The river views are amazing. The restaurants within walking distance are fabulous and Paulette's is great for a date night or early breakfast. Fantastic food and service. The neighborhood is very friendly and well-manicured if you like to go on walks in the evening. It is such a breath of fresh air. Everyone is so happy- go- lucky here.
