Andaz is one of my favorite hotel chains--I've had consistently good experiences in the facilities and the service at these hotels. Andaz Condesa lived up to my expectations. Nice hotel in a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

It was a really pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants to go to nearby as well. Cabuya was a great spot for a few drinks and good food. Definitely will be back here!!

Wonderful stay at the Andaz Condessa. Excellent location, outstanding staff and clean modern property. Breakfast buffet was one of the best with several local options and stations. All the staff were great but special thanks to Ray who brought us to our room and gave us great recommendations and Dairon at breakfast who always gave us special attention and helped us practice our Spanish. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Mexico City.

This hotel is an excellent place. The staff is wonderful and all conversant in English. It is right next to another hotel so it can be heard to find the pool, spa and exercise facility. The rooms were a good size. The bathroom was excellent. We were on the 8th floor so there was some street noise, Not bad, but I imagine much worse if you are lower down. Beds were comfy. The rooms with two beds are all near the elevators. as a Globalist, I received a free breakfast which was excellent. A $35 dollar value per person. Huge selection with Vegan, Mexican and American style choices. Egg station was very accommodating. Service was excellent, maybe a little too solicitous. The location was excellent, with in the Condesa neighborhood. Close to many things, but you will need take Ubers (not taxis) to some of the big sites. I would certainly return to this place, but would be more likely to try the Polanco Neighborhood next time. The nicest place I saw in the entire city. A lot more to see and do there.
