Worst Hyatt ever
Our room wasn’t ready until 4 PM, even though the check-in time is 3. When we finally checked in, the AC was blowing only hot air and wouldn’t go below 23 °C. I called multiple times, and each time the front desk told me someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up for over an hour. The room was uncomfortably warm, and the only way to cool it down was by opening the windows—letting in traffic noise and polluted air. A manager eventually called after I reached out through WhatsApp, but all he did was offer to bring a fan to the room. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or apology. The AC was finally fixed roughly an hour and a half after we entered the room, yet there was still no follow-up, no communication, and no attempt to make things right. I’m honestly shocked that the service could be this poor.

Great Hotel in Condessa
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Hotel was spotless and felt new. Marcos met us at the door and showed us to the front desk. Peter at the desk was very helpful and explained the room options. The staff at the coffee shop were always super friendly and helpful. Mata was there every day smiling and helpful.

Excellent location. Close to many attraction, restaurants and scenic areas. Very safe area. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Great location, excellent hospitality, great food and service. Overall better than expected experience. Certainly recommend to stay here in condesa neighborhood.

Great hotel with local cultural infusion
Very modern and incorporated local culture. Friendly staff. Great rooftop restaurant option. However, room is smaller than anticipated given price/rating and the design reduced useable space. Enjoyed the breakfast, with great spread and local cuisine. Hugo was extremely service oriented and friendly and helped made our experience wonderful.
