Had a great experience at your location. Clean and quiet rooms with the best view of all of mexico city. Best shower I've had out of all the hotels I've stayed in. Excellent staff and good food at the café. They also had a big screen in the lobby to watch the world cup!

Fantastic Stay
We stayed here as a family of four during the World Cup so it was busy. I was concerned due to some negative reviews on here but we had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. We stayed on a high floor so street noise was not an issue. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed so comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Gym was very well equipped and modern. Location was perfect. Nothing negative to report at all.

One of my favorite hotels in Mexico city
Andaz is a beautiful hotel located in a very trendy area surrounded by restaurants ranging from taquerias to Michelin star rated. Rooms are ample with all kinds of amenities needed for a comfortable stay . Employees are attentive and professional, our stay during last Mexico World Cup game was amazing It was nice to have such nice and comfortable place to rest after all the excitement at the game.

A Fabulous Experience at the Andaz!
We celebrated our 43 wedding anniversary at The Andaz hotel, and it was beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we found the staff and service to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived at our room to be greeted by a lovely cake and a card of congratulations for our wedding anniversary. The bed was especially comfortable with high quality linen and pillows. Although small, our room was beautifully designed with upscale furnishings and great reading lights on either side of the bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a HUGE variety of selections, including a vegetarian/vegan section, a "Mexican" section, and a children's section, in addition to American style offerings. I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel--it is a real gem!
