Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Condesa
Andaz is an exceptional hotel. The hotel is tucked away in such a nice part of the city. Walkable distance to many delicious restaurants, bars, and cafes. It is very easy to catch an uber from the hotel as well. The customer service was EXCELLENT. We were never without bottled water and the facilities were very clean wherever you went. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the basic necessities for your stay. They even provide a working record player with records, which was a unique touch. The complimentary breakfast is a huge buffet of all kinds of foods ranging from quesadillas and barbacoa to typical, American scrambled eggs and bacon. We did swing by the rooftop bar for a quick drink. Not only do you get a spectacular view, but the cocktails were really delicious and had something for everyone to enjoy. We didn't travel with a pet, but this hotel also offers a little "Wooftop" for your pup. Could not recommend this hotel more.

We miss Andaz already! Best staff and location!
Staying at Andaz Condessa made our trip to CDMX feel luxurious. The location can't be beat - so close to Parque Mexique, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and more. The lobby and common areas were like an oasis in the busy city. We stayed in a suite on the 12th floor, which was great to be separated from the street noise. But the best part of Andaz is the staff. Sure, the design is fun, and the multiple restaurants are convenient, but the super-friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable each day. Ray at the concierge desk was especially lovely and helpful. The security and cleaning staff were also friendly. We highly recommend Andaz Condessa. We definitely want to return someday.

Exceptional staff make this a gem
Exceptional experience. The staff are fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The area is extremely safe and only steps to the best dining and boutique shopping. Great restaurants in the hotel if you feel like staying in.
