Can’t wait to come back
A beautiful luxury property with amazing views of Mexico City. All staff throughout the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate needs. The ballroom for our meeting was gorgeous with lots of natural light. I can’t wait to book my next trip.

Great place!
Great views at the pool and delicious food. Get the matcha croissant in the café. Rooms were lovely and I especially liked the record player and vinyls in the room!

Well worth the visit
A very interesting mid century building integrating two hotels. We were made very welcome, our suite was large and quiet and the staff were amazing.

Fine for a day or two
The hotel is well located and has fairly good facilities. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the rooftop bar/restaurant for long as it was closed for a private event. Despite requesting a quiet room a couple of weeks before our arrival, we were allocated a room opposite the lifts so it wasn’t quiet at all. We enquired about airport transfers but it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper to use an airport hotel or uber. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Unpleasant Experience (Globalist)
I had a very disappointing experience at Andaz Mexico City Condesa. Despite specifically requesting a quiet room, I had to move three times due to constant bass and noise issues. Each move made things worse, not better. As a globalist, I was even “upgraded” from a standard suite to a city suite - only to end up with more noise, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, there was no meaningful effort to resolve the issue - no compensation, no accountability. Housekeeping was also below standard. After cleaning, they left a dirty towel in the room, which raises serious concerns about overall cleanliness. Additionally, the flooring in the room was uneven and felt low quality, not what you’d expect from a hotel at this price point. Overall, this stay was frustrating and exhausting. I would not recommend this property if you value rest, cleanliness, or basic service standards. I would also not recommend this hotel to fellow globalist members.
