Just delightful!
What an amazing experience! All details were taken care of, even earplugs for noise outside. There were complimentary snacks, water, coffee. Many shops around to browse, lots of street vendors, unique cuisine, pharmacies. Everyone spoke English if needed. Driver was polite. Super close to Chapultepec, and other other museums. Classy yet not over the top expensive.

This hotel has such friendly staff. But if you’re looking for a luxury stay, this is not it. It’s hidden within another hotel and nothing about it is luxurious.

The perfect hotel in Mexico City
Excellent hotel for your Mexico City trip. Beautifully appointed modern rooms. Brilliant hotel staff eager to assist. Excellent breakfast buffet. Awesome rooftop infinity pool and bar. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and so many other awesome spots in Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. Highly recommend.

Great staff make this place special
Excellent hotel, mainly becuase the staff are so wonderful and the location is perfect in Condessa. The room was comfortable and well appointed, breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

Excellent choice for a visit to Mexico City
Excellent location, great rooms and service. The hotel is well run and kept. If you are looking for a place close enough to Condesa and Roma and value the service and quality of hotel this is definitely a place to consider. I would choose above those "Boutique hotels" you might find in the area.
