Great find. Treated us well. Food was excellent to boot. Beds were comfortable. Nice size bath. Plenty of bottled water. Staff was very attentive. Location was good unless you wanted to be in the historic district. We had breakfast every morning and Hugo greeted us and took care of us even offering things to do and places to go.

We had a lovely stay at the Andaz in February 2025. The hotel is quite new, has a modern vibe, many beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces and is in great condition. We enjoyed having so many amenities on site-- the multiple cafes, restaurant, bar, pool, and gym were all better than expected and made our stay comfortable and easy. All the staff were kind and helpful and we could always find someone to help us with our needs-- our Spanish is pretty poor and everyone very kindly could help us in English. This was our first time in CDMX and wanted to stay in Condesa and the area proved perfect--walkable to all the cute restaurants, bars, and shops, close to a few beautiful parks, lush and tree-lined streets, and all easy to navigate. We always felt safe and well cared for! Lastly-- we stayed in a double-double room and it was definitely spacious enough for two people, although might be tight for a family of four. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bath products were all great and the room had everything we could need and was regularly stocked with water which we appreciated!

I cannot recommend the Andaz more. I have stayed now twice. Both times they have out done themselves. Book tours with them! The level of knowledge that the tour guides have is amazing. Yes it’s more expensive than Airbnb type tours but worth it. Truly worth every penny. Also this location lets you have the best of both Roma Norte and Condesa. Can’t wait to come back

If you are traveling to Mexico City for business, I would not recommend staying at the Andaz. While the rooms were cleanly (beds were definitely comfortable) and it satisfied the needs of staying in a hotel room, the overall ambiance was more of a party hotel than anything else. On Saturday there was a massive party on the rooftop lasting until around 1am. You could feel the vibration of the music when on the 6th floor! My co-worker who was on the 12th floor's bed was even shaking! When calling to ask when the party would end, the staff advised they were unsure and then hung up on us. An incredibly frustrating feeling knowing we had to wake up early for business the next day. This hotel definitely skews younger, so if you are traveling with some older individuals I would advise against it. If you are traveling not for work, this hotel should suffice all your needs.

This hotel is far below Hyatt standards. I saw the Mexico City Hyatt Regency, my preferred choice which was unavailable. Is this the same ownership? Andaz needs serious improvement to really be worth staying. I am very disappointed with the cheaper ingredients of the World of Hyatt rewards system. I spent a long time achieving Globalist status, only to have it taken back so you can be less generous.
