Conveniently located in eastern Mexico City and with easy access to the city(TM)s International Airport by simply crossing a covered pedestrian bridge, the Airport Camino Real is undoubtedly one of the best options available. The hotel is also located just a short 20 minutes drive from downtown Mexico City, where you can find the best museums, shopping, restaurants, theaters and historical sites, and only a 25 minutes drive from the exclusive financial and business district of Polanco.

It was a short stay at the airport after a long international flight and waiting for a local flight. Room not clean, all bottles in the shower empty, hair in the pillow, sink didn’t drain well, didn’t get even an apology and if you ask for some water (I have a baby) get ready to pay 250 pesos for a bottle that outside the gate of the hotel cost 24 (airport price). They also lie to me. They told me “it’s midnight, many stores in the airport are closed, you cannot buy a converter for your computer (they didn’t have)” and when I decided to go out anyway at 2 am, all the stores were open and I got one two stores from the gate to the hotel... I have never felt so ignored before by hotel staff

Clean, comfortable and well located. But the hotel only supplied one regular coffee capsule for the in-room coffee maker and there were two of us! When I went to the front desk to request a second capsule for my wife, I was informed that it was only available at an additional cost. A small thing, but it got my day off on the wrong foot. I've traveled in five continents and never run into such a thing before. It certainly communicates what the management thinks of the hotel's guests.

For stays of up to one day the best place near the airport (with transfer) to stay with luggage. Good options in the restaurants and quiet room.

Small beds. 90 pesos for a small bottle of water is stupid, even for a hotel. The hotel is also very outdated. Will stay at Hilton next time

Everything is good as we are looking for budget friendly hotel last minute because our flight got cancelled, but can be improve like + microwave in room + extra staff to check in, I’ve been in check in line for 1 hour + Did not receive any Gold member perks from expedia + restaurants are not included in the reservation But totally, the stay was nice, just need an improvement. Thank you!
