Ideal for stay near. airport
The hotel, while a bit dated in its design, is clean and comfortable. The lunch buffet at onsite La Huerta restaurant is excellent. Free shuttle service to Terminal 2 is convenient

Horrible Customer Experience.
I had a disappointing experience with Camino Real’s customer service. Katia from reservations was unhelpful and failed to address my concerns before our arrival. Things got worse during check-in last night when Karla at the front desk acted incredibly unprofessional and rude towards my family. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a hotel that prides itself on hospitality. I expected much better, and unfortunately, this experience has left a lasting negative impression. I hope management takes steps to improve their staff’s training and attitude toward guests.

You can walk there from the airport.
A great hotel that is connected to the airport, but a little hard to find if you don't know where the overpass is.

Everything excellent, highly recommended right at the Terminal 1, a shuttle to Terminal 2 every 20 minutes

Stay at Camino Real Aeropuerto
I usually stay at Camino Real Aeropuerto when doing fast trips to Mexico City, it is very convenient because it's just by the airport, can't miss the flight.
