Camino Real Polanco Mexico

The hotel is nice with a lot of luxurious feel when you first walk in. The bars and restaurants are nicely kept but once you pass the facade of the entrance, the corridors seem like a cold war era tunnel. Limited lighting in the corridor. The worst part were the rooms which did not have clean carpet. Also, the AC in my room would make random loud noises throughout the night. The bathroom door did not close right and also the shower door.

The common areas and breakfast are aligned with the standard but unfortunately, the room was very very noisy. Proximity with the ventilation system in the garage (?) was really uncomfortable. It is not aligned with the standard of such hotel :(

A truly exceptional stay! The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Rooms were immaculately clean and feature top-notch amenities. Dining options were delightful and varied. Definitely a place to revisit!

Room was nice, large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Door was not as secure as I am used to travelling around the world. It could easily be kicked in and I had to physically lift the door up to get the deadbolt to engage. Even at that it would only engage half-way because the door frame did not have the set plate fully carved out. Neighboring rooms were a little loud a couple of nights and sound traveled surprising well even with concrete walls. Nights when no neighboring rooms were occupied it was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very good with nice variety of items. Blue Bar was great for an after-work drink with colleagues.

Our room is comfortable, especially the bed, great shower, excellent housekeeping services and we really loved access to the fifth floor club level for breakfast and we even made it to one of their happy hours. sitting on our patio overlooking the gardens and pool was very lovely too. The housekeeper on our second floor was very accommodating and always have spare waters for us! Jesus, Eduardo and the entire breakfast staff and happy hour. Staff were professional and offered such excellent service! Thank you so very much! We had a very early flight to catch and the front desk had coffee sent up to our room at 5:30 this morning at no charge and packed us up a lunch to take along! Muchas Gracias!!!
