Well located, spacious hotel with wide choice of services
The hotel is very well located near museums with a swimming pool multiple restaurants and room service. It was very convenient for our stay. We booked three nights and preferred a room change to the master suite reception was unhelpful so we had to change after one night, this could have been more flexible Things to build.

Here for over 50 years - better than last time, but nowhere near what it used to be.
Great location - too many details are missing - makes you wonder if the hotel guys are running the place or the cost-accountants....

Not great
Wouldn't stay here again other than for the location. The room was dirty, the air/heat didn't work. Bathroom needed cleaning. they put us in a room at the very far end near the exit door. The hotel was NOT busy. Mediocre at best

Mexico for the holidays!
Great option, in a centric neighborhood. Excellent location to best sights in the city, shopping and museums in Ciudad de Mexico
