Great Hotel for convenience and value

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Very convenient Tower Hotel, where everything is closed, location is excellent, staff is friendly, and their systems are efficient, their rooms are very well appointed and always clean, and amenities are available comfortably all over the tower a short elevator ride away.

Five stars in the heart of Mexico

Excellent, friendly service in every area of the hotel. From the check-in and check-out at the front desk, to the wonderful, relaxing massage from Jazmin at their gorgeous spa. Walkable to many great things in the city. Safe environment, attractive, clean rooms. I would eagerly stay here again.

Comfortable and quiet stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The room is lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. The internet works perfectly, the A/C works perfectly, the bed is extraordinarily comfortable, and the service is stellar. Looking forward to my return. The only drawback is that the location is surrounded by busy roads, with a bit of a hike to amenities.

Fantastic Stay!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

I stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of a trip into the mountains and then again for 2 nights at the conclusion of the trip. Wow - what a fantastic place to start my trip to Mexico! First, let me say that the staff are all top-notch. They couldn't have been nicer or friendlier or more helpful. My room was wonderful! The first two nights I had a room on the the corner and the walk-in shower was HUGE, with a round window in it. Really nifty. The last two nights I was in a regular room but the walk-in shower was still respectably large. They use L'Occitane products and had shampoo, condition, and soap dispensers installed in the shower. The towels were incredibly thick and luxurious! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a mini-bar with all kinds of drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) plus some snacks. There was one courtesy water, which was appreciated, but any additional bottled water was charged. The restaurant / bar on the mezzanine was very nice. They have a lovely breakfast buffet as well as the ability to special order egg dishes, pancakes, etc. I did not eat any other meals there and cannot comment on lunch or dinner. If you are a news junkie and can't live with current events during your stay, the TV does offer some channels in English including CNN, BBC, and Fox News. The Location of this hotel is amazing ... right across the street from Chapultepec Park! The park is a great place to visit ... just walking through it was enjoyable but there are several attractions to visit in the park as well: The Anthropology Museum, the National Museum of History (in a restored castle no less!), the Museum of Modern Art, a zoo, and botanical gardens. The park is huge -- apparently larger than Central Park in NYC. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again if I returned to Mexico City.

Awesome hotel with amazing views

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for five nights. Everyone was so welcoming, thanks Juan and Ivón for everything. The room was nice and clean, the view of the park was gorgeous. We rounded out our stay with a couples massage and jacuzzi package within the spa at the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone after days of walking around Mexico City. Thank you so much Jazmin and Bruno for taking care of us!
