Rooms and service excellent, only issue was price, very expensive on some nights. In addition the room service breakfast menu was confusing, if you decide to have it, ring reception to order. Unusually room service breakfast was better value than restaurant breakfast. Added a touch of luxury too!

I just spent two nights at this hotel. It truly is a five-star hotel. The staff are all amazing and 100% customer service oriented. The hotel is beautiful, my room overlooked the park on one of the top floors. It was comfortable, clean, upscale and well stocked. The executive lounge on 16th floor offered a great choice of food and beverages. I would have enjoyed a longer trip but I needed to get back to the States. Sadly in Mexico City I was taking advantage of by a cab driver, the concierge, Fidencio at this hotel was my hero. He spent considerable time trying to find where exactly I needed to go to file a denuncia, he helped me in the business office when I had to print and copy all required paperwork. Fidencio was a life saver for a tourist needing police help. I hope visitors never need this type of help, but it made me love this hotel a thousand times more.

This hotel was as expected. Good location, the staff was friendly, and the room was large, modern and clean. Central location within walking distance of Polanco and an easy Uber to centro historico, Roma & La Condesa. We would stay here again.

Please read*** Being in the U.S. military for over 10 years has allowed me travel to hundreds of cities and countries around the world. By far this hotel has to be top 3 worst experiences of my life. The best part of this hotel is the location. But I should’ve stayed at the Ritz across the street for a similar prize. A/C didn’t work, even after I called about it. House keeping didn’t care about do not disturb sign, then wouldn’t come back after waking/knocking, they would forget to replace towels/coffee, every time! Staff was nice and friendly but I just had a terrible experience. Likely because I reserved through a third party website, but the hotel wouldn’t “honor” me paying for a view of the castle. Instead they stuck me on a noisy floor above the restaurant, with the worst view. Alternatively, I could have paid $76 per day (additional $350) for what I had already paid for. I’m hoping that if you read this far, you reserve your stay for somewhere else. There are so many options available across the way. Great area, just a terrible stay.
