Reviews for Hilton Mexico City Reforma

Great view of city, awesome location, very clean, good food, can’t ask for more!

Wonderful hotel right beside Alameda Park and great jump off point for many historical museums. Everything was very luxuriously appointed. Catching a cab or calling an Uber is easy. Enjoyed several days walking thru the park. We were upgraded because of Platinum status to a suite on the 27th floor and had breakfast in the executive lounge every morning (panoramic views of the city). Ate one night in the El Cardenal onsite—very satisfied. Also nice rooftop pool but we didn’t have time to use it. We were too busy seeing all the sites around town. Chinatown is also close by. Nice staff! Great location!

Don’t normally recommend chains but this was a great place to eat

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Normally I don’t review restaurants at the big chains as they are what they are but we had two really great meals here. I would describe the menu as a fusion menu - western with Mexican and Argentine influences. The warm frijoles with cheese as an amuse bouche with different salsa to try was a nice surprise. Great steaks, amazing beef broth and a good varied wine list made our first visit so good we went back again.

Good hotel in a good location

Super-friendly staff, very quiet rooms, comfortable beds, great location. Easy walk to the Monumento a la Revolución, Belles Artes, Zócalo, and other parts of the Centro Historico. Buffet breakfast is outstanding -- very fresh and well-presented. We came for business meetings and stayed for a few extra days to play tourist -- the hotel was ideal for both.

Fantastic!

This hotel is in a great location and the staff is fantastic. Feels more like a Conrad. The amenities were very nicely appointed. If you go up to the 6th floor, they have a fantastic pool area, tennis court, garden, spa and gym. We really enjoyed this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Great hotel! Interesting neighbourhood.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

The hotel is classy, staff are friendly, enough English spoken to get by easily. Great pool with room service right to the pool. Stayed in a top floor king room which had everything you’d expect from a Hilton. A bonus for English only people, the tv channels can be set to English. The area outside looks a bit sketchy but the large presence of tourist police in the area allows the neighborhood to feel safe.
