I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City. It felt like stepping back to a time when the hotel was the destination. My parents used to book staycations just for a change of scene, and Hilton Reforma brought back those memories. The spa was first-rate, with a well-equipped workout area, steam rooms, and wet and dry saunas that made relaxation effortless. Beyond that, the entire facility is impressive: three restaurants, an inviting indoor pool, and a stunning lobby bar. We stopped by the bar every night for cocktails and people-watching—it was the perfect place to meet fellow travelers worldwide. We were also pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included access to the private club lounge. Complimentary breakfast each morning and cocktails with appetizers from 6 to 8 p.m. made our days even more enjoyable. Every team member was attentive from check-in to check-out, remembered our names, and went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a true “everything under one roof” getaway, Hilton Reforma won’t disappoint.

Amazing property with friendly staff and great F&B options. The room was fantastic with a great view, the staff was helpful and friendly and what blew me away most was the food. There are a few restaurants in the hotel, I tried every one and each one was fantastic. The location was square in the middle of the city.

The hotel needs a major style upgrade and refresh. The carpet in the hallways is stained, the carpet in the room was even worse. The small sofa in our room was likewise worn, dirty and just felt unpleasant to sit on. There were few outlets for electronics. We had a room with 2 double beds and one side had no bedside table so I had nowhere to put my phone. No plug in sight. The bathroom was large and had a lot of marble / granite but likewise just felt old and tired. The outdoor deck and pool were not inviting. The breakfast restaurant was uninspiring - the furnishings felt dated and institutional, few windows. Overall very depressing and not worth the relatively expensive per night charge for the room. The positive was that the staff were nice and tried to be accommodating but I just wasn’t happy there. We ended up switching after 2 nights to a different local hotel with a beautiful roof deck with a gorgeous view. Finally felt like I was on vacation - rather than on a depressing work trip.

0 minutes ago on Google I don’t even know where to start, this hotel is great but really it is the employees that make it amazing ! From the minute I got there to when I checked out. I do have to say the room did get a little warm but I wasn’t there most of the day. I highly recommend getting the rooms with the executive lounge, their drinks are so good Ulises and Luis I believe they were just phenomenal I travelled solo and they took care of me very well , even when the lounge gets busy which it does at happy hour from 630-8 if I remember correctly they were great ! The hotel is located in the centro historico of mexico city just beautiful and close to a lot of museums. They do offer transportation to basically anywhere and it is very safe . I highly recommend getting breakfast in the executive lounge it is delicious 😋. My room was great and my housekeeper Flor always made sure my room was ready even had water for me . Room was spacious and the bed was truly a dream to sleep in ☺️ I did an exercise class offered by another company in mexico city but it took place at the hotel’s helipad you guys have to experience it , the best morning views of the city ! The pool, gym, spa are amazing! Please give them a chance I promise you wont be disappointed ☺️ I walked around until about 10pm and still felt very safe always check your surroundings though . Gracias a todos los del Hilton Reforma hicieron mi viaje increible .

From the moment we checked in until the moment we left the attentiveness of the staff was 10/10. Hotel was maintained excellent and we had nothing but a great experience I would like to especially comment on Leonel who worked in the executive lounge. He made our stay exceptional. Every experience with him on this visit as well as those in past made me feel valued and his attentiveness is a key reason for my return and future returns
