Hyatt Regency Mexico City

Great stay at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City, beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful food and view from the club lounge on the 40th floor. Staff, front desk, wait staff in the lounge were all very responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel within walking distance of several activities, such Chapultepec Castle and the National Museum of Anthropology. Several very nice restaurants are also nearby. Central location makes it very convenient to get to other interesting sites that are farther away when using taxis or Uber.

This is a large hotel but you almost never have to wait for an elevator. The club lounge is really excellent with great views. The evening food service starts a little later compared with presentations at lounges in the US. It opens at 6pm and they change up the offerings from day to day which is appreciated. We visited the spa twice and were fortunate to be able to secure relatively last minute bookings - unfortunately the Hyatt app doesn't list this property as having a spa so I didn't know it existed in advance of my stay to make appointments. Despite the large property, we didn't have any issues with noise from the hallways at night. Nice Globalist/special occasion welcome amenity. Would be excited to return to and recommend this property.

Great hotel in Polanco - awesome location next to the park; near great shopping, has a really nice lounge, pool, full gym, sun deck, tennis, and really friendly staff. The room product is updated and modern, especially if you are in one of the Regency Suites.
