Hyatt Regency Polanco has become a home away from home for my family. We spend at least a night a month in this beautiful property and we keep coming back because of the amazing staff, Jessica Barboza has helped us for years, her and her team are warm, kind and always available to make our stays memorable- thank you for everything you do Jessica and Miriam ❤️ We have known Saul for over 15 years and seeing his smile at the reception is always a great way to start our stay. Miguel at the Hyatt Regency Club (40th floor) is another extraordinary member of this crew. Lourdes is an amazing masseuse … this hotel is best in class, thank you everyone for helping accommodate my 81 year old mom and the rest of us. Forever grateful, Ivonne Smith

Excellent location, super-clean rooms, and great service. While vegan options at breakfast are a bit limited (no oat milk), the chef goes out of his way to provide customized vegan meals that were delicious and plentiful. Very proactive and helpful which made the stay at Hyatt even better.

Dates of visit 2/10/25 - 2/15/25. 4 adults from California traveling for pleasure. The Good: Pre-arrival arrangements for tours with concierge Armando. Beautiful, clean lobby with a huge casual restaurant but no lounge for socializing. Check-in was efficient. Good business center suitable for their target demographic. The Polanco area is very safe and chic with many casual and fine dining eateries. The So-So: The rooms were small, paint peeling in some areas. Very tiny bathroom and closet for average guest. Housekeeping was efficient. Tiny coffee maker and coffee cups to match. Black out drapes OK. The Ugly: Noise, noise, noise. I have insomnia and specifically requested a quiet room away from elevators and housekeeping areas. Upon room entry, first thing guests see is a huge tower under construction with workers everywhere. I promptly informed the bellman this was not acceptable and of course he responded "they are only doing welding" and assured me there would be no noise. Yeah right! Back to the lobby. There is one tiny coffee counter with 4 plastic chairs. Pastries were gone by 10am. This place also needs a convenience shop for everyday essentials as in most large hotels. They have 2 lobby restaurants, both Japanese which seemed peculiar in the capital of Mexico. Tip: Ask to be shown your room before wheeling in your luggage. If there is construction, don't accept the room and ask for another. If you want a variety of dining options inside the hotel, you should look elsewhere. You will love the Polanco area. Don't miss the incredible museums and cultural areas the city has to offer!

WOW! Wonderful location in Polanco- great haven in this very busy city! Walking distance from world class restaurants like Quintonil, Pujol and a short Uber ride to Maximo. Also walked to Porfirio's for a fun dinner. Well maintained hotel, excellent customer service, room was spotless everyday, Food at the Club Level was quite nice, restaurants were great- some of the best tacos al pastor in CDMX and tasty cocktails. Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

It was not what I expected. Food was okay, got charged for somI didn't use. Didn't get enough free water bottle to drink due to their limit even when I didn't use their room services every day. Ended up paying for breakfast because they expected a single person in the room.
