Gorgeous hotel
Stunning Hotel. 3 restaurants to choose from. Service was fantastic by Elias and Armando as well as the rest of the staff. I felt very welcome. Situated in the heart of the city. The rooms were amazing and very large with robes and a couch and huge TV and amazing bed.

Everyone is very friendly attentive Alfredo the the Bartender excellent service. The people at the door are always ready. We been coming here for years. Always a great experience. I love it never had a problem. I recommend this 100%everytime.

One of the best expelriences in Mexico City
Excellent service from the moment of arrival and service inside the hotel is outstanding . Eric and Pedro from the restauarant are awesome most welcoming and acomodating! We felt pampered since day one. Looking forward to coming back real soon.

First timers, but amazing experience
Excellent service, Bar service is superb. Elias and Alan were of great help, locals as well. Their recommendations were excellent and very helpful. If it’s your first time or even your second. Would recommend having a drink and talking to Elias and Alan, friendly and helpful!
