Amazing
This is our first time at the Betsy South Beach. It’s was an amazing experience. Especially with the hospitality Armand to welcome us . And the food was spectacular. Thank you for our server Nathan for all his recommendations. We will come back soon

Excellent service and delicious food
After experiencing a terrible experience at a neighboring restaurant, we shifted to The Betsy! We were so impressed with their customer service, attention to my food allergy and the quality of the food! It was a simply delightful experience.

Excellent!
Gustavo at the pool bar had excellent service! Very friendly and kind, made fantastic drinks too! Our dining experience at the hotel restaurant was great as well. Staff is awesome and the food was excellent. No complaints anywhere! Housekeeping did a great job aswell!

Great food and service was top notch
Went to sit outside for breakfast on Saturday. Did not have to wait long and the food was great. Our server Joanny was probably one of the nicest servers we have experienced during our time in Miami. Will definitely return for food and possibly to stay.

The best dinner we had in Miami!
Wow what an exceptional meal we had thanks to Franco! We were absolutely spoiled by the food, ambiance, and amazing service. I love this place! The entire staff made us feel so comfortable and taken care of! The desserts were the best ending!
