Jamie you saved my life!! I left my rucksack in the back of a taxi and Jamie the concierge did everything he could to find it and get it back for me. Great hotel too. Brilliant location. Stayed during the boat show weekend. Rooftop pool has an amazing view.

NICE HOTEL, SHAME ABOUT THE TOUR RECOMMENDATIONS
We had an enjoyable time at the Tony Hotel. We had a room overlooking the ocean which was amazing. However there was one issue that we did not like. We were recommended to book the Miami red bus tour by the concierge. The tour was very unsatisfactory and the reviews are not good. Why do you recommend a tour which is not up to scratch and which has unfavourable reviews? Your concierge team should experience the tour before recommending it . In addition it affects the credibility of your hotel.

Excellent: Tony Hotel in South Beach
Love The Tony Hotel. Robin the manager and Domingo the concierge took great care of us. Perfect location, lovely rooms, We couldn’t get enough of the Pool on the roof! 2 blocks from ocean. South beach is sunny in winter and people are so friendly.

Great time at The Tony, South Beach Florida
I booked the Tony during the Art deco weekend. It was beautiful. I heard about the roof top pool and I went up there to check it out my concierge Jamie showed me the way. He was attentive and asked if I needed anything and to take in the beautiful view but unfortunately it had started to rain so feeling disappointed I went back to see Jamie to find what is best to do on a rainy day. He quickly explained Florida weather and that it may rain for five or ten minutes but than the sun will be back. He than took the time to book me a city boat for the next day, sent me to Mangos that night also sent me to a bar to watch the playoff game. Was so much fun and what a perfect schedule things couldn't have been timed better. I will definitely be back at The Tony on my next visit.

Jamie the concierge was out of this world helped me with a wheel chair helped get into my room he new our names I have never experienced an exceptional service like this before also Joseph the front desk great job thank you roof top pool was beautiful along with great service from Fernando our bartender we will be back Tony hotel you can count on it

My wife and I just returned from a stay at The Hotel of South Beach and have vowed to return as soon as possible. The hotel was marvelous and the suite we stayed in was just beautiful. We also ate dinner at Wish on Saturday night to celebrate our anniversary and the food was absolutely delicious. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
