Loews Miami Beach Hotel

arrived 9am…had a studio suite reserved in the loews .understandably it wasnt available til later in the day, so “upgraded” to a suite in the older st moritz section…I guess it was bigger…but much of the furniture BADLY needed refinishing/replacing…disjointed small living room awkwardly separated from the bed and bathrooms upstairs.. 13 stairs..not open at all.. pretty nice bathroom upstairs.. nice big tub, but unfortunately pouring out brownish water. No ice (nor ice macine) or minibar key, so called “star” service for them.. after 30 to 40 minutes and no word , called back to check, they would “follow up” and 30 more minutes later, gave up and headed down to get ice and key.. ran into the bellperson delivering ice after an hour but they had no mini bar key.. that was a front desk thing… went to the front desk which had 20 people in line checking in… which in itself is discouraging to see in asupposedly 5 star hotel.. waited (a bit)to ask the concierge when she was free, and she had a key! almost an hour and a half later someone showed up with “the key”

Been going here over the years. It is an ok hotel. Nice location within walking distance of ocean drive. The check-in staff was ok--not very warm. The cleaning staff failed to clean the room one night. I asked the front desk they did send someone past 9, a bit of an inconvenience. Beach/pool staff were very attentive . The drinks were expensive and just ok. Overall, it is a good place but I do not think I would come back.

Moises was AMAZING! He helped us set up our loungers at the beach with such big joy! He made it so easy to get comfortable while on vacation with our girls! The icecream amazing! Come here if you have kids, safe and amazing vibe. Everything is so clean!

I went to the Loews for a business trip and had a few hours to spare before my meetings. Jorge was super friendly and helpful with setting up my beach chair! Was a great day at the beach! Sania was super kind and attentive in getting me setup with food and water.

George Castro set us up on the beach. Made us feel comfortable and offered to bring us extra towels and whatever we needed. It was my first time doing the Loews service. Loved the bed and chairs and food service. It's dog friendly too. It was a perfect weather day and worth the price. Thank you.
