Mondrian South Beach

It is simply unbelievable that in this days where excellence in service is essential to survival, a Mondrian Hotel can ignore a custumer. I stayed at Mondrian South Beach from 10/17 to 10/20. I did the check out on 10/20 at 5:30AM and the young boy who was at front desk told me that for this time they had only an express check out and i would recived my check by e-mail. I recived but was wrong and i´m contest and sent them e-mails with the wrong evidences since 10/20. I sent them diary emails and had no awnser. Can belive it? I still call them, the front desk told me to talk with the financial person and sent the call to them, but nobody awsered the call. I sent a messagen, nobody returned. It´s really a shame.

We were recommended to come to this hotel at our previous stay in November and upon walking into the hotel everything seemed great, nice lobby, nice pool, nice staff. Then when we got to our room is where the horror hit. The hallways smelled like mold there was crumbs & trash all over the floors as well as visible mold on the carpets. Then when we walked into our room, there was a horrible smell of mold, dust everywhere. The bathroom showers were full of mold. The couch in our suite had stains all over it. The bed had stains all over the mattress. There was dust and dirt everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. If cleanliness is important to you, do not stay here.

sandor was the best bell hop and so attentive towards my batchelorette group that stayed here for the weekend. we loved the pool, all the pool attendance were also very attentive. We love the martinis that we had at the outside bar as well. rooms were clean!

Sandor was amazing every time I come to this place he treat me like a queen he bring the luggage for me and my friends and please us with Prosecco also the staff is very friendly especially the front desk I just want to say be more careful with housekeeping cause the room was dirty

We celebrated our 21st anniversary with a brunch at this restaurant, and Jose, our server, made it absolutely magical. From the very first moment, his contagious energy won us over. He ensured every detail was perfect, making our experience truly unforgettable. The location is stunning, but Rosé was the true star with his incredible attention and enthusiasm. The service exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant, and be sure to ask for Jose for an outstanding experience!
