Terrible hotel experience!
Horrible experience! Really expensive! Constant noise making it impossible to sleep. Tried to work from the business center today and there was drilling/vacuuming making it impossible to take a work call. Staff was not helpful. Would NOT recommend!

Great place
This is an annual trip that we take to this hotel and we love it! Great location and atmosphere. The food at the restaurants is also a favorite for us all. One thing that isn't able to be controlled is the loud music coming from neighboring hotels so if you want a relaxing vacation, this may not be the best fit.

Best pool in Sobe
Exceptional service and the best pool area in South Beach. However, the air condition in our suite didn’t work properly leaving the room way too cold. We were told they could send us more blankets. That was not really the answer we were hoping for. Also the shower faucet didn’t work properly.

We decided to take a trip along the Keys, starting in Miami and ending in Key West. We stayed 2 nights at the unique and beautiful National Hotel. Kiki greeted us upon arrival and set the tone for an amazing stay! So professional, happy, helpful, conversant and knowledgeable. A great asset to this boutique hotel. Maglie, our room housekeeper was the best we’ve ever had, going above and beyond. We loved her and took a selfie with her. She was a sweetheart and did a fantastic job! Kudos to all the staff, but especially Kiki and Maglie! We’ll be back! Beautiful pool and outdoor area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
