A Perfect Stay
Beautiful hotel, a joy to sit inside at the bar and a great experience at the pool and beach outside. Lovely atmosphere, cocktails and food recommendations from Eric added to the whole experience while Elijah made sure we were comfortable and checked on us regularly. They both are a credit to the hotel. Thank you

Crazy good vibes here!
Really lovely stay. Love the whole vibe. Intimate, chic and deco style. Not overly crowded which is what we wanted. Eric and Elijah took such incredible care of us I would stay here again just to be able to see them again. They are very kind and made us feel very special. Same with Dilan. Lovely lady.

Beach @ National Hotel
Elijah and Eric are exceptional hosts with the best customer service ! Highly recommend this beach area if staying in Miami Beach. The National Hotel in Miami Beach in South Beach with great views, service, drinks, fun and sun. Would surely come back.

National Hotel Stay
We stayed at the National Hotel recently and we had such a wonderful time! Not only is the hotel a beautiful place, the staff is amazing!!! EVERYONE went overboard but to mention a few names: Dennis, Johanna, Jennifer, Eric, Elijah, Yoni, Miguel, Fernando, Connor… housekeeping was also fantastic! Thank you and looking forward to returning soon!

Amazing staff, great location, nice pools
First time staying in Miami and the National Hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were kind and easer to please, especially Elijah at the beach, Yulia at the bar, and Eric and Dennis at the pool. Dennis was very enthusiastic. I appreciated the free waters and coffee every day, the attentive housekeeping team, and the bellhops who were extremely attentive. The pool facilities were clean and relaxing. The rooms are not the most sound-proof, and the elevators are pretty creaky and a bit nerve-wracking, but all around the staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely. Great location.
