This place is awful and should be avoided at all costs. There is building work on both sides of the property which starts before 8am, the dust and noise are unbearable. The pool is old and tired, cushions are stained, paint has mostly peeled off decking, pool is dity from buidlers dust and the larger sunbeds are covered in white plastic so place closed and grubby. Loud music is played on bad speakers to compensate for the building noise but doesn't work. We had to pay $250 per room for beach/pool towels for 4 nights and beach umbrellas are $30 extra. The rooms are old and tired, the shower didn't drain, which is gross and the sink was broken. This would not be a five star hotel even if everything was brand new and the there was no building work. We left after two nights and did not get a refund for the two nights we didn't stay.

We stayed for one night with our children after disembarking a cruise. The hotel is beautiful, a fabulous pool and bamboo lined walk way to the beach. The thing that made this hotel stand out and compelled me to write a review, which I usually don’t… is the staff! They are amazing! The guys on the beach were the most friendly and helpful guys we have met, the staff around the pool couldn’t do enough for us. We have stayed in plenty of hotels and never had service like it! Our stay meant we were here on Easter Sunday, the staff put on a free Easter hunt for the kids, which was just fabulous!

The service was amazing. We went for the Easter Brunch and the waiter, Adrian, was really nice and very professional. There was also live music. The food was really good. My favourie was the sushi and the desert creme brule. I recommend Nautilus 100%.

I had one of the best weekend getaways here! The beach was clean, and Isaac and his team were incredibly kind and accommodating. They handled all my (many) requests with such warmth and positivity. The front desk staff was also amazing, especially Pio and Facundo. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but every single person I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous, and all the amenities were top-notch. Special shoutout to Michi and her yoga classes - they truly made my stay extra special!

Absolutely incredible hotel experience—hands down the best I’ve had in Miami. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to Isaac from the beach service—he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and warmly welcomed us every time we came down to the beach. His genuine hospitality made a real difference. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service and a flawless stay.
