Tropical Stay in Miami
We had a lovely stay at The Palms with our family, great facilities, beach access, and friendly staff. In particular, Alejandra who was working at the front market/shop in the lobby was very kind and a useful resource in getting in and around the hotel. Would come back!

Excellent experience at the inside hotel bar. Ricardo, our bartender, gave us the best experience while sitting at the bar. His attention was outstanding and always with a good attitude and smile in hos face. 100% recommended. I will come back soon.

Unique, quiet hotel in mid-South Beach
Really beautiful hotel. Grounds are tropical and lush and private. We also loved the location in mid-South Beach. We had dinner at the restaurant and loved every dish. Stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the service and the hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but that is typical in South Beach.

Very small beds double and rooms, it was difficult to sleep two adults, very nice and pleasant staff, but they broke my thing, and there was no exuse present or discounts as it normally in hotels like this, so its advice for them to be more generous at bad situations.
