Probably better for a couple or business trip
The room was very small for 3 people. The ocean view was lovely. The shower drain smelled like sewer and the room was poorly ventilated. The prices at the bar were high. I was charged full price for 2 drinks during happy hour. The lobby and patio were pretty. Overall the experience was average at best

If you’re wondering if it’s worth it to book here, I just want to say DO IT! I was so very pleasantly surprised by how absolutely beautiful and green all their spaces were, the theme of the hotel is really coherent throughout. The staff were always available and so very very helpful and welcoming. I am quite picky when it comes to hospitality services and hotel stays and this was a very positive experience!! Went with 2 other girl friends and the beach is wonderful, the hotel smells amazing, the spaces were so clean and beautiful and I love being in nature and I was served! I saw a lot of other hotel pool areas while walking and I was so very pleased with this one! If you’re thinking about it, book it! And if you can, get one of the ocean view rooms it was breathtaking!!!

great place to stay solo! highly recommend
amazing all-around. atmosphere, drinks, beach, food. only downfall was the bellman / valet. very rude and not helpful at all. i do wish the pool was updated. i would highly recommend this resort and amenities. the dinner menu was exceptional.

Family fun at the Palms in Miami Beach
Fantastic resort with easy beach access in Miami Beach for the family. Recommend highly to upgrade to ocean front view. Pool and beach area are very well maintained. Nice access to the boardwalk. Breakfast at Essensia is excellent. Stayed with my family including two boys. They loved it!

Old school Florida charm
We've stayed at the palms for over 20 years and the experience gets better every time. It all comes down to customer service and we think they're the best at the beach. Fabulous landscape and wonderful decor with an old school Florida vibe make it our favorite spot in South beach.
