Pedro for president!
We went to brunch with my family at the little restaurant in the Royal Palms Resort. It was delicious and fun amplified by our server, Pedro, who knew exactly what we needed when we needed it. He recommended a fantastic Columbian mimosa.i highly recommend! He was attentive without being overbearing. We loved the time we had there. Thank you so much!

The brunch at the Royal Palms in Miami was delightful, highlighted by the exceptional service from our Colombian waiter, Pedro. Pedro was super fun and attentive which made the experience memorable and that much more enjoyable after a night of drinking.

Good service and unforgettable experience
Malahy provided a good service, with chairs and umbrella. It was sunny at beginning then become cloudy just after 5 min we rent the umbrella, but luckily got full refund after taking to Malahy and the Manager. Good experience with the service and view!

Easy and quick
Came here for a beach day out. Service was quick and easy. They had towels, Day beds and chairs for rental. Based on your Marriott status you get different items for free. Since I was ambassador, I got the chairs and towels for free. Had great service from Malahy..

Pedro was awesome! He took such good care of us! The breakfast buffet was amazing! When we asked Pedro how he was doing, he said he was even better because we were here!! What a sweet way to start our day! Thanks Pedro! You made our Christmas special!
