Great People, Great Times
Great room, great food, the beach spot was perfect. Harrison, the gentleman maning the beach counter, went above and beyond for us. Gloria, the young lady acting as concierge, made us feel like family during our stay, and pointed out several local spots that made our experience stand out.

Best for work and family
The staff continues to be the kindest and most upbeat and helpful in all of South Beach. They love on your kids and find special ways to make you and the kids feel supported. Thanks especially to Esther and Jean at Florida Cookery and Christopher at the front desk you make me want to come back!

Awesome experience
i had a wonderful experience at this hotel. everyone was really helpful and nice. Nixon really helped us when it came to beach access and what amenities we were offered! I had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend coming here. I would definitely be returning again.

Best Service ever
Everything was perfect starting at check in with Christopher. It was my birthday weekend and he made me feel so special. He remembered our names every time we saw him and always made sure we were doing well. Breakfast with Pedro and Danilo was above and beyond. They accommodated my food allergies and were so upbeat and kind. They were exceptionally sweet and helpful! At the beach and pool Orlando, Rick and Siva were top notch. They took care of all of our needs and did it with a smile! The coffee shop ladies were fantastic too and always made the best drinks with such a friendly attitude. Upon waking in or out of the hotel, every staff member greets you with a smile and asks how your day is. I can’t stay enough how phenomenal EVERY staff member is here and how special they make you feel. This service is fantastic and I will only stay here when I come to Miami Beach- highly recommend!
