The Perfect Hotel!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Exceptional in every sense of the word! The best experience ever! Perfect room, perfect food. The staff was incredible and attentive. Loved all three restaurants. I decided to eat here almost every day. Why leave, lol. The DJ at Jaya was great. The Ocean Grill had terrific views of the Ocean.

Best Massage Therapy

If you have a chance ask for Murad for deep tissue massage! He was so professional, strong hands and also added a unique combination of chiropractic and stretching techniques to the massage. Had a wonderful experience and looking forward to coming back.

Excellent

We stayed at the Setai for four nights to celebrate our anniversary. Almost without exception, the service at the Setai was excellent -- attentive, professional, prompt and pleasant. From a service perspective, we found the Setai to be one of the best luxury-hotel experiences we have had. This includes the service throughout the hotel: the front desk, the concierge, room service, at the wonderful Jaya and beachside restaurants, as well at the pools and beach. Our room was in the Deco building on a high floor with a partial ocean view. As requested, our room had a double vanity. The room was spacious, stylish and comfortable. The rainfall shower was very pleasant. An added plus is that the Setai's location, close to South Beach, a public parking garage two blocks away. And it is within a short walk of the excellent Café Americano. If we had to point out flaws, there were only two. First, the lighting in the bathrooms, especially at the vanity sinks, is dim. With the mirrors set back from the sinks as they are, the dim lighting makes it rather difficult to see well enough to put on makeup, style one's hair, etc. There is a single vanity mirror, but it is mounted awkwardly, too low to comfortably use while standing, yet too high to use while seated (there's not really any room to sit at the sink with a chair, anyway). The other unfortunate design element is that, for guests staying in the Deco building, the only means of getting to the pool or spa area is to walk from the elevator, through the Collins Ave lobby, and then literally through Jaya restaurant while diners are eating (the other option is to go out to the street and walk around the building). This means that if you are wearing pool clothing or a bathrobe to the spa, you have to walk through a restaurant full of diners. In the evenings the lobby is also rather crowded with non-hotel guests waiting to get to the bar or into Jaya. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay, and the service was so good, that we hope to returning to the Setai the next time we visit Miami.

Setai miami is the best hotel in all miami

Setai Miami is my go to place whenever I visit miami. Everything from the moment we drive up to the moment we check out is simply perfect. Upon arrival we are greeted with a welcome drink, the reception welcomes us back, already knows my wife’s preference of room with her pillows, extra water, ect. Breakfast the next morning is amazing, the staff is familiar as I visit a few times a year, they all greet us by name and welcome us back, they remember my wife’s food allergy and take extra care to accommodate her. Overall it’s one of the best hotels I have ever visited in my life. Only place I will ever stay in Miami. Love the staff, love the rooms, love the F & B. Thank you Setai family!!!!

Best Hotel in Miami

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I visit Miami regularly and have stayed at majority of the top hotels on the beach over the years. The Setai is head and shoulders above the competition and that’s why I continue to stay there. The Rooms, Pools, Beach, Gym, Spa, Lobby bar, Jaya are all above and beyond when it comes to ambiance, service and the crowd that it attracts. The staff is incredible and you realize very quickly why they have a low turn over compared to others in Miami. Highly recommend!!
