Reviews for Biltmore Hotel

Must do experience!

If you are in the area I highly recommend at least staying here one night! But several nights would be best. The place is just so charming and a true piece of history. There are several room options- something to please everyone. Several dining options. The pool is just phenomenal and also fairly clean. The brunch is delicious- highly recommend. The service is just fabulous everyone is very kind and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed it being here again!

Even it was just a one night stay, we enjoyed it very much to be in the Biltmore hotel again. Check in was quick and friendly, so we felt welcome from the first minute. We had a beautiful room with a little balcony. Room was very clean and well maintained. We went for a light dinner to the Cascades at the pool, which was delicious. Our waiter was amazing.

Was recently there for a supplier Confrence - very impressed with the accommodations, cleanliness and most notable the friendly service and staff. Looking forward to my next trip to Miami/Biltmore in 2025. Hoping someday they might put in a hot tub.🤙

charming hotel - like going back in time. set in coral gables a must-see part of miami - a stone's throw from bars, shops, restaurants, book stores, etc. beds are comfortable, rooms are sizeable and as for the pool.........you'll have to see it to believe it.

Not Great

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Upon arrival, was informed that early check-in would not be possible. Had called the evening before at 9:30pm and front desk had said this could be accommodated and had pulled up my reservation. Now will have to wait until 4pm for check in to conference when conference will have begun at noon. Little chance to freshen up before conference after travel from West Coast, despite being a speaker. Dismal service: front desk attitude was lackadaisical, goatee with cubic zirconia studs as earrings. Rather unexpected and not very welcoming experience. Certainly rarely experienced in the past hotels I’ve stayed in.
