Was recently there for a supplier Confrence - very impressed with the accommodations, cleanliness and most notable the friendly service and staff. Looking forward to my next trip to Miami/Biltmore in 2025. Hoping someday they might put in a hot tub.🤙

charming hotel - like going back in time. set in coral gables a must-see part of miami - a stone's throw from bars, shops, restaurants, book stores, etc. beds are comfortable, rooms are sizeable and as for the pool.........you'll have to see it to believe it.

Upon arrival, was informed that early check-in would not be possible. Had called the evening before at 9:30pm and front desk had said this could be accommodated and had pulled up my reservation. Now will have to wait until 4pm for check in to conference when conference will have begun at noon. Little chance to freshen up before conference after travel from West Coast, despite being a speaker. Dismal service: front desk attitude was lackadaisical, goatee with cubic zirconia studs as earrings. Rather unexpected and not very welcoming experience. Certainly rarely experienced in the past hotels I’ve stayed in.

Lovely hotel with an amazing reception area. Our room was comfortable albeit being a bit tight. Bathroom/Shower area was spacious. The Italian food available at one of the restaurants in the property was variable, with the lunch we had on one day was amazing, and below average at dinner the next day. Conference rooms were comfortable and the lunch provided in the hotel state room was excellent! We recommend this hotel to couples, at least once in your life.

2nd visit in a year, and experience was consistent. We stayed post cruise again, and frankly I would have rather just stayed at the hotel for a week. We stored our bags at 9:30am, had an amazing breakfast and laid out at the pool for maybe an hour then was able to check in. We were upgraded to a 3rd floor suite after the front desk person asked us if we would prefer a higher floor as she asked where our room was last trip which was on the 1st floor. That was really nice. We went back to the pool, service was a little slow but friendly, then bar hopped to the golf course, pool bar, and downstairs lounge. Drinks were excellent and all staff were friendly. We had some appetizers along the way. And turned in early for a 5am Uber to the airport. Housekeeping was attentive, too. They tried to bring us extra towels and a blanket along with requested pillows. No, it’s not the cheapest place, and yes our bath tub needed replacing. But if you like character, history, a kick ass pool area and a classic resort feel it’s worth going for the experience.
