Hotel AKA Brickell

I stayed at AKA Brickell for two nights with my family. The hotel is very well located, right next to the Metromover and close to several restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, but what I’d like to highlight the most is the outstanding service regarding package deliveries. The hotel received around 35 packages we had ordered, and not a single one was lost. Moreover, they even took care of returning a delayed package that arrived after we had already left. A special mention to Luis Maya, the Purchasing and Receiving Manager, for his exceptional assistance. Please make sure to commend him for his great work!

All the staff were kind and welcoming. The valet, Edwardo and Diego, especially were sweet and quick. The restraunt was quick and efficient, with some of the best breakfast I’ve had. The pool is also very nice and relaxing. It had games like jenga and uno as well as many books. The music set a perfect mood

I had a great stay at AKA. The room was comfortable, though breakfast took slightly longer than expected, and thank you for Alzizah at the front desk, she was fantastic and friendly. She really made my stay more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful modern facility ideally located on Brickell Avenue which is always bustling but classy. Amazing amenities with a beautiful pool ( heated). Service is great. At the reception everyone is nice but Melike is exceptionally good. She always greets with a smile and willingness to help. Very personable yet very professional. Would love to revisit when we are back in Miami.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. However, I did find that the Wi-Fi was very slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. Despite that, the overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this place!
