Amazing Pool Day/"Happening"
Well Sunday Miami Run Club, an unbelievable "happening" or experience offered by the EAST team with Miami Run Club! After, a breakfast poolside where we all were treated like royalty. Thank you Jack, Gabriella, Michelle, Moises and Gustavo at the pool for everything and Jacqueline/Gaby over @ Domain.

Worst worst worst
The worst experience.. the location is great the facilities amazing I agree with alll the good reviews .. but the security staff was super scary.. they are aggressive, and super rude.. worst customer service., if you are a solo female solo traveler or in a girls trip forget it, no one cares the staff is all male and intimidating/. please stay away it is unsafe and you are in danger..stay away..

EAST hotel in Brickell Miami is PHENOMENAL!
Visiting my buddy for a quick 2 night bday trip. Decided to stay in Brickell and found the EAST hotel. It was excellent and amazing! The people were friendly and provided exceptional service! The coffee bar and pool were also fabulous! The gym was immaculate and open 24/7 for fitness enthusiasts! I stayed in the corner suite and it was BREATHTAKING!!!! The views were STUNNING! The hotel is also walking distance to so many things to check out from the mall to tons of eateries! And getting to south beach is a quick and cheap Uber ride! Absolutely LOVED staying @EAST hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous and entertaining
We love this hotel. The balcony views from the higher floors are stunning, it has a fabulous rooftop bar, and the rooms are not only functional, but have lovely and unique technilogically sound designs with the latest technology, and the shower is modern and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay! Also, the paid breakfast buffet is simply fabulous.

A Disappointing Experience at East Miami!!!!!!!!!!!
A Disappointing Experience at East Miami!!!!!!!!!!! Aside from the hotel’s aesthetic appeal, my experience here was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival on July 4th, my card was charged a $450 security deposit, which I was told would be refunded within 5-11 days. It’s now September 21st, and I’m still waiting for my money. Initially, the hotel claimed they had refunded it, suggesting I check with my bank, but when I did, nothing had been processed. Now, they’re giving me different stories and saying it could take up to 21 days. This is shocking, especially since we stayed at four other hotels in different cities without any issues. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. We couldn’t get anyone to assist with our luggage when we arrived, and the hotel appeared to be seriously understaffed. For the price they charge, it’s unacceptable to treat guests this way. Being passed around and made to feel like it’s my responsibility to chase this refund is ridiculous.
