EB Hotel Miami Airport

Have stayed here a number of times when in Miami prior to catching a cruise ship. Conveniently located near the airport and with shuttle service it makes it easy. Beautiful lobby and large comfortable rooms. Elegant appearance. We had a slightly urgent need with a lost medical device when we arrived but between Albany, Stefany, Gianni and a few other front desk employees everything worked out perfectly. They were attentive, professional, prompt and very friendly. Helps to turn a bad situation good. Great representation for the hotel. It has a restaurant and bar off the lobby that is mediocre at the best. Captive crowd. At least it’s food. We will stay there again when we return to Miami.

We liked the hotel, modern, spacious room, large bathroom. We were opposite the airport. But there was nowhere outside to go to eat, or any small shops. We ate in the hotel restaurant, we had breakfast on 2 days, and one evening meal. Each time the food was served cold, even when sent back it was cold. The pizza we had for dinner was cold. My main complaint was that the service charge was automatically put on my restaurant bills. This is illegal. Tipping is discretionary. I have asked the hotel to return this to my credit card. So far they have not done this or had the courtesy to reply.

Stayed here one night before flight from MIA. We had a large suite and it was wonderful. Everything felt new. We also ate in the restaurant downstairs, which was good. They run a shuttle to the airport (in the morning at least every 30mins - MIA is less than 10 mins away. Would stay again if need an airport hotel.

We stay there every time we fly via Miami. The staff is outstanding, the rooms large and clean. We especially love the bed by numbers and the huge luxurious shower. And it’s very close to the airport, they do have an airport shuttle. The only negative is that there are not too many outlets…

Wonderful experience. We had a DeLuxe room. It was very large, actually two rooms, modern and tastefully decorated. The sitting room had a chaise lounge? Overlooking the airport. The bathroom was modern and iniquely designed. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Price very reasonable. We definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area.
