EB Hotel Miami Airport

Finding the right airport hotel anywhere in the USA is always a challenge. Stop your search when in MIA. EB Hotel is a five-star experience at a three-star price. At least that was my experience. There are just too many amenities to mention as to why this is the place to stay. Check their website, but it still doesn't do the property justice. You can dine and drink in the lobby, but we walked a block to the Miami Grill and were treated to a wonderful Greek meal. Yes, your booking will look like a few dollars more, but at least I saw where that few dollars went. Comfort, convenience, luxury, quiet and the list doesn't stop.

The hotel is modern. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and cupboard space and a very well appointed bathroom. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant served a good range of well prepared dishes. We could not have asked for more.

"Hotel was very nice and will stay again. The main disappointment that was that after a very long flight, the front desk agent refused to let me in to my suite because I arrived within an hour before check in time. I told me that I needed to wait in the lobby for another 45 minutes or pay $50 for an early check in..I did pay the extra $50 as I understand there are rules and I was tired and didn't want to wait in the lobby for an hour, however, I feel sometimes, though that the desk agents should be empowered to show some discretion particularly when it was not that the suite wasn't ready, but simply that he needed to wait an hour before he could check me in because that is normal hotel check in time...It would seem to me, that having a guest sit in the lobby for an hour half asleep and miserable, or letting me go up to my room should have been something he could have had the discretion to make a logical decision. It's not like it is was 4 or 5 hours before check in .The irony is that my flight this morning left at 11:00 am so I was out of my room at 8am, 3 hours before check out time. Of course, I didn't stop the front desk to ask for a refund for checking out early.... The only other issue was that I paid for 2 nights of parking but could only find parking the first night because on the second night there was some type of event going on and the lot was full on so I had to park my rental car on one of the side streets. Had I known the area well enough, I could have done the same the night before and avoided the parking fee. I think if the hotel is going to charge for parking there should be enough parking to accommodate their guests..Other than that, I was only there for 2 days but I was impressed with the physical hotel and its amenities and of course, proximity to the airport. "

I stayed at EB Miami Hotel for the first time in December for a couple of nights as I disembarked a cruise. I did not eat supper at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food but I did have breakfast one morning and that was alright. There are a couple of take aways close to the hotel but if you are looking for a restaurant then you need a taxi/uber to get to them. I was entitled to a VIP benefit due to the website that I booked on and it did not apply to me (free parking and I was not driving.) When the booking agent contacted me to query that I should get an alternative it was then that I asked them and they provided me with one complimentary drink which I am not sure is an equitable alternative. Also I left 2 bags with logos in my room and though they were empty I did intend to use then when I left the hotel. Housekeeping threw them away and when I asked at reception when I checked out he did say that they should not really have done that. There is a good sized swimming pool and gym as well. The hotel is a fantastic airport hotel compared to the average airport hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely ensuite and I did enjoy my stay. Yury is friendly and great and he is a brilliant barman. It is so close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle so if that is what you are looking for the location is perfect. Overall it was a good stay and I would be happy to return.

Have stayed here a number of times when in Miami prior to catching a cruise ship. Conveniently located near the airport and with shuttle service it makes it easy. Beautiful lobby and large comfortable rooms. Elegant appearance. We had a slightly urgent need with a lost medical device when we arrived but between Albany, Stefany, Gianni and a few other front desk employees everything worked out perfectly. They were attentive, professional, prompt and very friendly. Helps to turn a bad situation good. Great representation for the hotel. It has a restaurant and bar off the lobby that is mediocre at the best. Captive crowd. At least it’s food. We will stay there again when we return to Miami.
